11:18 "Surprise is waiting for you" - I'll let you in on a secret: EVERYTHING you do is a surprise to me. You use Solidworks features in ways I would never think of- In all the videos I have followed, I never have a clue until maybe about 3/4 of the way through- at which point it all starts to make sense! 😁👍

@@EasyCADSolutions Well, you are VERY MUCH appreciated (speaking for myself, at the very least). Your methods are definitely what we call Thinking Outside The Box. I could have made a shape very similar to this on my own, but I definitely would have done it differently, and it would no doubt NOT have come out as perfectly, and would have probably needed many more moves, and would have been a much more clumsy affair, all told. Your videos are an education on the finer points of SolidWorks functions and tools, for those who want to really be able to master them. Please keep up the good work!

Hello, thank you for the video! it really helps alot! Can i ask if you calculated the dimensions for the polygons before you did the sketch? If you did, what method did you use to perfectly pattern it till it fills exactly after circular patterning?

First i made the reference sketches as per needs as shown in the video then make the patterns

Actually, This way is the least complicated way, I think. But some other 3d modelling software like grasshopper, 3ds max etc will do it easily. Happy Modelling 🤗

Open the new part file and Just follow all steps in the exact manner as i shown in the video You will surely get the uniform honeycomb pattern
