I’m executor and I chose the low profile of little communication because I have an heir I know too well who throws wrenches in everything and sabotages everything, never mind questions every detail, acts like a know-it-all, doesn’t seem to trust me either as incompetent o conniving, and pushes for whatever means “more money”. Unfortunately I do not have the siblings that our father did wherein he could frequently update all 5 of them every other week on their brother’s estate, because all of them behaved like adults and trusted him to do the best.
