What is the cost considered for the property in case property has to be transferred to decree holder? If D/F has promised double amount but fails to pay , can the double amount be asked as recovery? Or just interest and compensation be asked?

Madam namaste, madam I was filed a money case recovery case in Hyderabad but in 4 years defender or his lawyer not come so court give in my favour judgement/ decree , my amount was a little amount 1.5 Lakh Rs now my vakil saying EP karna hoga, but mai samajh raha tha ki judgement ho gaya toh court usko judgement ki copy by post bejigi aur usko bolegi ki court me aakar payment karo,

Mam mere husband ne divorce ka case dala tha haryana me, mene punjab me 125 ka case dala tha. Haryana court ne divorce nhi diya. Mera Vakeel free vala tha, lekin ab vo paise maang raha hai execution k liye. Mere swaal 1. Execution usi court me kru ya Punjab me. 2. Execution k liye free Vakeel fir se apply kr skti hu kya haryana me 3. Divorce nhi hua to court sasural me rehne ka adhikar degi ya nhi

By filing appeal against decree or taking stay of execution proceedings by appellate court

Hum dukan malik h.. Hum district judge k yha se case jeet gaye h.. High court m appel pending h unhe koi stay high court se nhi mila h.. Lower court execution nhi kr rahi h koi ruling bataye madam and margdarshan kre

Kyu confuse ker rahe ho...simple bolo naa court 1 mai case chala orders pass hue....uske baad court 2 mai execution file huaa to theak hai naa aaise he to ho gaa...abb suppose aap judge ho kisi case ko 3 saal se study ker rahe ho, orders pass ker rahe ho and suddenly aap ke death ho jai, yaa transfer ho jai yaa court se case koi dosri court mai case transfer ho jai to wahe se continue ho gaa naaa...so what a big deal

Much complicated and to much time wast and result bank to amicable settlement
