I'm one of the guys that was there to do repairs....this guy is a thief, a fraud, and if you saw the kitchen you wouldn't let your dog in there. He simply didn't want to pay rent or his bills....

I don't know this man. But I've dealt with a guy that speaks the same way this guy does. He lied to me and stole lots of money. Looks, acts, talks just like this guy. Weird.

Why is he talking,so much? It's odd. He's quick with responses because he's a salesman, not a business man. I hope all the employees are paid. I went through this with a fast food restaurant owner. They had too many ideas and intentionally shady business teams. These owners don't start restaurants because they like people; they love money or clout. Hopefully, he gets it together,soon.
