Here bc I missed the pre-order deals on S24+, and wondering if it's worth it to wait for this years' BF trade-in deals. Looks like the credits fall off if your trade is more than 2 years old. Thanks for the video!

Before adding a trade in, the price of the s23 ultra is $899, but when i add a trade in for $800 the price goes to $299. Samsung math ain't mathing

I'm assuming you're referring to combining the 25% off with a trade in? I just took a look and I see that Samsung is taking the 25% off after the trade in discount. So it's 25% off whatever your lowest discount currently is. That said, if you're a student or teacher, you may be able to stack the education discount on top of it to bring the price even lower. I show where the student discount option is in the video if you need help finding it :)

$1799 - 25% $1349 - $1000 trade in fold 4 = $349 but the app balance is $599. Calling or texting samsung support is horrible experience with people low qualified.

I got a 1tb s23 U for $1200, bundled buds2 pro for $50 and watch 6 classic for $250ish. Upgrading from a s20 fe, no watch. So this is a huge jump for me. S23 U is incredible!

I got the s23 ultra and the watch 6 classic 47mm with my trade in of an iphone 13 pro max that was $700, all for just $680(i got an extra student discount)

That's awesome! I'm loving my watch 6 classic. Battery life isn't as good as the 5 Pro, but it's worth the trade for the bezel and the classic style.

I'm not sure. It's early access to Black Friday deals, which is related to the American holiday, Thanksgiving. You can check the links to see if the deals work. If not, I'd check back around any South African holiday where you typically see deals on a lot of products. If you're a student or teacher, I'd check to see if you can at least get those discounts because you can still get big deals that way too.

Try using the link to get into the app, then tap the menu bar in the app, then shop, then pick your device and see if the deals come back up. If that doesn't work, try closing the app, then using the link again and going through the same process. Also, these may be limited to the US only so if you're outside the US, that could be the issue.

Prices i got were much higher than in the videos

Yep, you need to click the links in the pinned comment from a phone or tablet. Then choose the Shop Samsung app option. That will take you to the big discounts. If you're on a desktop or laptop computer, that will just take you to the website which doesn't have the big deals.

First time using the APP. All was great until I went to pay and my credit card company canceled the payment claiming FRAUD.

Thanks for bringing this to my attention! I get that occasionally when making large purchases online. It happened this year when I bought the Quest 3 and when I bought the Fold 5. My credit card company saw me making one big purchase after another and thought someone stole my card lol. But I usually just get an email asking me if I meant to make the purchase or if my card was stolen. Did your company literally call Samsung's Shop App a fraudulent app? Or did they ask if the purchase was attempted on purpose? If they literally called Samsung's app a fraudulent app, then I need to let the affiliate company and Samsung know so they can fix whatever the issue is on their end.

This is total bs. I can assure you if you enter a trade-in, the price automatically rises far above the promo. 3.5 hours on the phone with customer support was wasted after 4 handoffs.

The links only work when you click them from a phone or tablet and choose the Shop Samsung app option. The deals are also only available in the US. Let me know if you're in the US and the app links still aren't working, and I can reach out to the affiliate company to get the issue fixed :)

Not working... i texted with Samsung rep... They basically said you were a scam "I see. This is not an official partnership with Samsung, therefore I cannot assist you in validating the link."

The S23 Ultra is the much newer version of the Note 20 Ultra and is 25% off with an enhanced trade in credit when you use the link in the pinned comment. That might be worth looking at if you're looking for a great deal :)

It works but scamsung out here scamming lol 1350 before a trade it. Told it I have a fold 4 for "$1000 off" it only goes down to $600... That's ridiculous. Dunno what planet SCAMSUNG got their MATH from lol but it does work nonetheless. Thanks. I would have def got it for $350... But $600+tax ehh nah. Maybe next year's phone will have a built in S pen *fingers crossed*😂

I just checked and it looks like it's working again. You should see 25% off PLUS the free storage upgrade to 512GB when you click my links using a smartphone or tablet. If you click using a desktop or laptop computer, you won't get the 25% off. Let me know if you are still having issues.
