If she is claiming maintenance for children of Ommer. It is better to shift the care of children to their father rather claiming maintenance for children.

The journalist has never seen and listen this big amount for court claims. Another reason behind it, it may be little greedy, another reason to influence the general public; to listen it appropriately, their childhood spent in lack of more money, only use money for survival neediness, not and never allow them or spend money in luxury items of life to make it more enjoyable rather than survive life out of only necessary neediness of life.

Dipiya Dilawari - It's not about Hindu or Muslims, it's about Omar Abdullah leaving his wife and kids to fend for themselves. If he was based in the US, on divorce the alimony would have been half his wealth + funding of education for his children. I don't know the Muslim personal law but like I said earlier Payal needs to get a portion of his whole wealth not just salary.
