This was a very thorough review. I appreciate how much you covered. I would have noticed the same things you mentioned. I especially appreciate the discussion of the resistance and the length of the stroke. I have a longer back and shorter legs, so fitting into a rowing machine is tricky. I've been considering a rowing machine, and this review was very timely. Thanks again.

Thank you for your input Dan but you being a taller guy I would definitely not recommend this rower to you! For me it’s too small and I’m 5-10. They do make other rules however I’ve never put my hands on one so I cannot officially attest to the quality of the product. Thanks for watching. I appreciate all your comments.

Great review! Rowers are great for losing weight. I dropped 30 lbs in 6 weeks in college using a rower 16 minutes/day (mostly fast-food and alcohol weight, but still trimmed up pretty good).

What rower do you recommend for a larger guy? Thats not super expensive

Concept rowers are great. Look for a used one on FB market place. You should be able to get them for $400-$500
