+Karthik T he sold the license underpriced to the companies.. the accusation is that if he had sold at market price the govt cud have earned 1.76 lakh crs more. instead of auctioning it he served on first come first serve basis. assume govt has 1 ground of land in main part of Chennai. market price of it is 1 cr. if the govt sells for 1 lakh because the rate before 20 yrs is 20 lakhs will u accept? won't u get a doubt whether the ministers had earned some profit thru this?

+Karthik T the companies for which most of the license is sold is new companies floated. they sold the license to others and made profit. the ownership in those companies were unclear. so they must have been made profits with that. adhan problem. they didn't discuss the core issue.

jegadhish t govt is managing and providing by itself in subsidized rates. bt license is something which is sold to pvt companies. that too it was sold for companies which was newly formed for the sake of it. they sold the license immediately after buying and made profits. this is scam.. just check out auditor gurumurthy's explanation abt what is 2g scam. u ll get a better idea.

First of all spectrum is bidding concept and there were company who participated and the amount is transferred which is known fact.. Companies like Etisalat, Uninor and more players.. Since its a bidding always the maximum amount needs to be conclude as LOSS..
