Following her breast cancer diagnosis earlier this year, Strictly pro Amy Dowden will be joining us for an exclusive daytime interview, to discuss how she has navigated life in the six months since her devastating health news. We will be hearing from Amy about how she has battled through her chemotherapy and how her Strictly family has supported her. Amy will also be sharing her plans for the future, and how she’s determined to get back on the dance floor next year.

Amy jsit takes my breath away from how strong she is. She was born with such a crippling illness and still has found a way to pursue her dreams. Now this comes her way. I hope she can fight this, and TRULY love a love of peace, happiness, and dance. What an Angel 💕💕
She’s just the sweetest, kindest woman. She doesn’t deserve to go through this on top of crohn’s. She is a vision of positivity and hope ❤

Look after yourself and all we can do is take everything one day at a time. That’s how we’ll win. Get lots of rest and eat and drink well, that’s your ammunition for your fight. Look after yourself.
Bless her. Her Dad works with my brother in law. I'm told they're a lovely family. It's so unfair that she's been dealt such a cruel hand with her general health.

how do you mean that you could not see this interview for years?
Amy is so inspirational. I was saddened when she got diagnosed, little did I know then that a few months later I would be struck by the same fate. As I write this, it is a day later after my op.

Amy's diagnosis was between my 1st and 2nd tumour surgery. I'm now getting radiotherapy followed by chemo. We can do that!💪🏻

What a beautiful person Amy is. Can everyone stop talking over her… this interview and every single interview these rude women do.
I love her but these women are SO rude and annoying cutting her off. Especially annoying because she's talking about things she hasn't talked about before and they keep bringing her round to things she's already talked about. Let her share what she wants to share. She's being open, let her carry on!
I'm guessing that Amy Dowden can't have kids nomore because of the cancer treatment and doctors have to put Amy into Menopause and suppress her estrogen such as lumpectomy and hormone plus masectomy aswell. and if that is the case , then that is very sad because Amy did say something about wanting kids of her own. But Amy Dowden is a very strong and brave woman

I also love you Amy, but most of us women don’t have private medical and only have the dying NHS, which these days are only there to make us die. You deserve the best of the best… all us women do 🩷
