Hi and yes I agree with you for sure. The tires have a carbon belt to help the tire at top speed. But for wear i thought the same. I should order a spare set or two now. 😂👌😊

The center driveshaft on the CF is different than the metal. CF is a split 2 piece, where as the metal is a one piece design. I think that could affect the potential rubbing of the driveshaft.

Sticky tape goes on the bottom of your chest keep it from being scratched on the cob likes 👍💯good videos nice unboxing

The clear chassis shaped plastic is a protector to protect underneath chassis from getting scratched up.

Just finished the video and it's more than I was expecting. I'll just change the radio because I have a Radiolink RC6GS that I already use with my AM-X12. Can't say too much... it's BEAUTIFUL! Also, GREAT idea about the stickers, I think I'll do the same. Thank you for the amaizing content, mate!

I will as soon as possible. It's a bit of a pain apparently as the rear differential casing has to be opened unfortunately. I will get to it ASAP as soon as I have learnt it. 😂😂👍🏼

Hi john I ordered the 129 $ roller than look at what it would cost to upgrade it .I changed order too the 299$ RTR now I will try one of my castle motors 5700 kv or 7700 kv .Cant wait should fly and they make metal up grade parts .

Yeah the Porsche 917 was beautiful. Especially for it's time. 125 MPH top speed. We have been given permission to run at the drag racing track so hopefully we can get near that. I am a little sceptical but even 160-180 for 299 usd isn't a bad deal. Have a lovely evening. 😊👌

All they told me was Mid-April. But that's if no more issues are reported, so fingers crossed.

It's nice and all, but not terribly different than a pan car. I just don't see it going 130mph/200kph. Surely it will be fast, but are the tires up to those kind of speeds?

I am old enough to remember associated RC 1/12 scale and Pro 10 from early 1980 . This thing has lots of unnecessary extra scale equipment. Not sure why it has a spare tire, tail lights etc etc . To my eyes it’s confused because it claims a high top speed but also tries to look scale.

Hi there and I see your point. However I think what they have done is made it look good for those that want that. And for those wanting speed runs then they can remove the unnecessary weight if they like. So catering for both basically. 😊👌 Speed ran it today on a drag strip and it wasn't slow even with the spare wheel. 😊😊

If it had the word "Traxxas" on it you would have no problem dishing out $600, then dumping another $300 into it to make it work like Traxxas promises.

I am going to tell you about my experience with this garbage car and this garbage brand, I bought the Rlaarlo ak 917 carbon fiber version, and the first thing when making the purchase I bought it with fast shipping paying 19 euros more for said shipping, supposedly it arrived in a week, well, lie, it took me 20 days to arrive, when it arrived it arrived with the steering out of adjustment, with one wheel facing one side and the other facing the opposite side, after looking closely at the car I realized that the screw that The connection between the servo arm and the servo horn was loose, and then I realized that one of the two small screws that the servo horn has is missing. In addition, this car has a serious signal loss problem. I am writing to the support. technician of this garbage brand, and until today they have been giving me my time, they say that the missing screw is too small to send it, anyone who buys this car forgets to be able to return it is impossible, they brag that they have good technical support and it is a garbage, just like the customer treatment, I do not recommend products from this brand, it is a waste of money
