There has been a lawsuit, but I don't know if has proceeded yet or not

And I just watch the same issue experienced by disabled people in South Korea. They discriminate against disabled people everywhere.

This is why all transport should be duilt in Australia. They have to meet standards. Even buses have accessibility ♿️. You get dhat you pay for.

@@ryanpitts9620 I was under the impression going by our state rules, they must include WC access. So why do the main loco not have proper access included instead of a special carriage. Our transport can not leave the depo unless they have it and working. Not fair to the public even if it is only used once a day.
