U did good Coop! Big size, great view and seaview! Even the layout and furnishings makes sense (medicine cabinets👍🏼shower shelving👍🏼). Lil pricey but that’s to be expected with all the offerings. I love it!

I heard you say the development is 10 years old but the units still haven’t sold. That’s scary and means it’s very much a buyers market and you can ignore the asking prices and make significantly lower offers.
The shape of the pool reminds me of something.. I can’t think of what it is.

How long to drive into Central PAttaya, Jomtien, etc… on a motorbike? Love the one bedroom, think they’ll accept 30K/mo. For 6 months. Lease all paid up front?
