Which vaccine? There is no vaccine against Heart Disease. Heart disease has been the leading cause of death for Americans since 1950.

Do you know how to take your pulse accurately? Over 10-30 minutes? While you’re asleep? Do you feel your blood pressure being up? Heart rate over 120, below 60? Low Oxygen saturation? Irregular rhythm? Atrial fibrillation? No? That’s why doctors train to do a detailed exam plus use technology to confirm or rule out concerns. The Apple Watch has advanced technology that can do check all the above except blood pressure (they’re working on that plus glucose or blood sugar monitoring) plus record it to your iPhone so you have a record of it, plus notify you of potential problems and advise you to seek medical attention. It can also track sleep, exercise, physical activity, steps, etc. Like doctors do, gathering more information aids in understanding health problems.
