Met Sir Ronnie in a bar in Makati where his son did a gig. He was so humble and funny. Obviously supporting his son's performance. His son is so handsome and talented. Sir Ronnie is admirable and seems like a good father. Good to see him casually on TV. Such a very good talented actor!

Please watch the restoration Movie Oro Plata Mata & see for urself bata pa sya magaling na. That's why his career in acting is going strong, he achieved the longevity on it.

Ronnie Lazaro is a true artist and a gem in the industry. We all grew up watching him on TV and in movies. His acting is impeccable and so profound, it's no surprise why he is still around. What shocks me is that he hasn't been duly recognized by big award giving bodies. It's actually a scandal that he hasn't bagged major awards for his great contribution to the industry. Goes to show how profit over artistic talent is valued and prioritized in the Ph film industry.

Got the chance to meet sir Ronnie when I attended my friend Wawi Navarozza's exhibit at Instituto Cervantes a few years back and meeting him in person surprised me a lot bec he was very elegant in real life compared to most of his characters from the movies and TV. Salute to actors like him.

7 or 8 yrs old pa lang ata ako napapanuod ko na si Mr. Ronnie Lazaro sa noon time drama, I forgot if it was Agila or Valiente. Tumatatak talaga yong character nya dahil sa galing nya mag portray sa bawat role na ginagampanan nya.. Now, i'm 43 and It's good to see him still doing acting up to this time at di pa rin matatawaran ang husay nya sa pag arte. Saludo po ako sa inyo!

Idol ko si Ronnie noon pa.. From “Champoy” days and “Oro Plata Mata”.. Gabriel is impressive, his use of his thumb across that fretboard reminds me of legendary blues players, and Hendrix.. Cool to hear “Brazilian” music with that small acoustic with nylon strings.. Iba talaga pag may support system ng family, lalo na sa pag aaral ng music and arts..
