Aww, she should have used a couple more eggs and a smaller pan, plus let it cook on medium to low heat for a bit longer before the first flip. Super important that it’s a non-stick pan, we usually have pans just for tortillas in Spain, so they’re not as damaged! It’s so nice of her to cook it for the family!! I suggest using a bigger plate for turning the tortilla around. Also when I cook it I prefer deeper but smaller frying pan. This way its easier to find a wider plate to put on top and since the pan its smaller it weights less . Oh and the tortilla will be thicker and not as dry.

You can get a pebble ice maker for the counter top and just sell it when u get a built in one. It"s a hot summer!!
