Tusi tof ho Sir. You are No.1 mentor for excel on KZread.

Here since all columns are same in sheets so its better to merge all together and in the end you can create a column with the sheet name the data is coming from like OT, BM etc. After that just use pivot table to sum all data up. This sheet can be used to do vlookup and hlookup as a final step. This i think is simpler way rather then going to each sheet and giving a name to the table then summing it up.

hallo sir..aapke videos bohot hi jyada informative hai.mera kal hi ek mnc company main interview hua.apke classes ka muzhe bohot fayda hua.bus ek question pe atak gayi thi.main ..so can you please give that answer . The question is we want to find out such records where in Column A of both sheets are exact same but different value in column P before you do anything, can you explain me how you will perform this tasks and what function you will use?

Thanks for this - But we can use power query without using any Vlookup Formula. Please convert all sheet into Table and Compline the all Tables and make it unique Name with Grouping by Power Query. Thanks LME Learn Make Easy

Dear sir, you are really excel master/guroo. I solve it but found some errors such as when I enter "columns()-1 system show error and do not process formula. Please guide why this error show. Sir if we only use iferroe and vlookup formula result show same result. I also find another method of vlookup.
