A variable. LET function allows us to define variables on which we build computational sequences.
I use excel for 10 year , but i don't know even formula

Not a new function. Just a new way of writing a good ol' formula wrapped in new LET function. Without LET, to keep the formula similar for both cases, I would have had to make it quite a long set. With LET however, one can separate the computation and processing over the computed value by defining variables. Just like in VBA. Though it might appear a strange formula, understanding this formula is WAY easier than what we used to have for similar situations.
