Hi Abhimanyu Bhai. in excel I am having some cells inside selection areas which are having a fixed color set before because of some reason. I wish to put conditional formatting with highlighting cell rule to 'equals to zero' excluding these pre colored cells which are containing '0' in it. I could set it manually. But the selection area is big in size and there are more pre colored cells in it and also these colored cells changes their position monthly to different cells in new excel file. So, could you please help me in this to set a formula directly for my requirement ?

No it is not possible if used in only one sheet of the workbook.
