Awesome tips! And such a timely video now that end of the year performance evaluations are upon us. Just to echo one of the key points from the video- “DO NOT BE DEFENSIVE when receiving critical feedback”. I cannot emphasize the importance of this! this will not only allow open conversation with your manager but also signals your willingness to grow and improve!!

Good content but volume is too low, even I increased the full volume cant hear properly
