nice work with this. I think excel is such an under utilised tool for fitness coaches and strength coaches. There are just not enough resources teaching us how to use functions that we need. I have put together a video series that I hope helps fitness people learn to use excel in a way that will make their lives easier. thank you TSA

After exhausting your vlookup gains, its time to move on to some more advanced progression, ie index/match. Also just a quick tip, you can lock relative cell references with F4. Thanks for these videos!

What if I wanted to get my relative intensities by automatically dividing by the top set on any given day? Keep in mind, I log ALL sets, so it's never in a consistent cell. Maybe somehow divide by the highest number in that column for a given number of rows?

bryce what do you think of my version of the conjugate system ME after 1RM 3x5 80% heavy AMRAP 85% - 90% DE (with one of the 3 main movements) 8x2 80% 2 AMRAP's @70% I would also add another day of rep work and assistance Any good? :D

Older video but using these as a reference to build some programmes. This formula can't actually give an e1RM that's anywhere near accurate if you use 1x100%a1RM @ RPE10. Unsure why, if you see this please do explain, works however is you use 2+reps or lower the IsRPE to ≤9.5
