to all those asking that why +12's signed representation for all three signed types represent same ,you need to wtch previous videos of the sir and if you don't have time just accept it as rule that the binary number you get for positive number, their representation remains as it is because the left most signed number is 0 and if 0 is left most signed bit ,it represents positive number!! eg: here +12 = 00001100(binary form) hence this will remain as it is for signed magnitude,1s complenent as well as for 2s complement !! and to get the answer to why this is done just watch previous videos of the sir! thank you!!
