Hey there sorry to hear about your wait time. I know this was 10 months ago. Hopefully you were seen. Do you have any input you’d like to share? I have an L4 nerve compressed. With right toe numbness, and now it’s slowly starting to numb the whole foot sporadically throughout the day. My neurologist said the compressed, L4 nerve doesn’t match my symptoms, but just watching this channel and my physical therapist both said the L4 can absolutely affect your right, big toe and foot. I just feel like I don’t have the best neurologist around because why would he say that. When everybody else says the L4 does affect the right foot. Hope you got success. 4:33

@@matterafact unfortunately all dr’s /neurologists aren’t created equal, as with every profession there are good ones and bad ones. I ended up having radio frequency ablation done which has helped, the surgeon said I was “too young and mobile”, even though I’m suffering in pain to have surgery . I’m not completely pain free, but the reduction in pain has made life manageable. I’ve also changed my diet significantly, I’ve stopped eating meat, dairy and wheat. The dietary chances are to reduce inflammation, and they seem to be helping as well. It’s all a very hard process, but the dietary thing is something you can do yourself.

@@rexgould glad you got some relief. I was just talking to my wife today about trying to make some dietary changes. We’re a bit confused on which one to do. My mom used to always say to us that she doesn’t like to eat anything with a face. Now she showed up this weekend saying that she’s going on a carnivore diet. Her whole life was veggies and fruits, and other fad diets over the years. I know, dairy is inflammatory for me, and grains. It’s just damn hard to give up meat. I think I might try the Mediterranean diet for a few months. You know those folks over their live to be pass 100..lol It’s a shame that they treat you different just because you’re a bit younger. when you have pain you have pain. Quick story. I called the world famous Johns Hopkins neurology department on Friday and I’ve been a patient of theirs before ,three years ago but now I’m categorized as a new patient because I haven’t seen a doctor in three years. So I asked him what’s the earliest they can get me scheduled and he told me March 20. 2024 Wow!! Good luck my friend

I had a L3 and L4 herniated disc in 2018. Had a lot of muscle twitching(spams) in my right quad. It got better but now that I’m getting back to my running and lifting it’s starting to act up again.
Ninguno esplica como usted sobre cual es el motor ,reflecion del problema que tenga cada vertebra y la numeracionde ellas ,aunque no se ingles soy colombiano pero lo entiendo a cabalidada
