@@tbbiyeli227 sit at the studying desk or place and watch the vid right there with your books ready for you the moment you finish the video and you’re still motivated take action and study that time and use a timer to set goals if you cant focus on a long duration study for 25 mins and take a break i hope this helps it helped me alot💌🌸

@@tbbiyeli227 I think that the hardest part is to just sit and start studying. So you should trick your brain by saying that you are gonna work for only 5 minutes and once that time is over again say that you'll work for 5 minutes. I heard this tip somewhere on KZread so I hope this might help :)

Literally the most realistic study vlog I've ever seen !! I think you should in order to focus on studies you should not follow k-pop because it is a big big big big big big distraction
