Brian Turner, basically I am a 64 year old grandma. I came across your channel while researching Acutane. I also am a medical malpractice attorney. I want to both thank you from the bottom of my heart for being both brave enough and most importantly generous to the point of leaving your soul wide open to the worst of social media that exists. You are so incredibly handsome, with or without your skin issues. I wish you an extraordinarily wonderful love and joy filled life. I have no doubt in my mind that you will eventually be moving on and will unquestionably accomplish anything and or everything that you set your mind to. It took me months to binge watch as many of your videos (am not anywhere near finished) as possible. The more I watch and absorb, the more you continue to add. You are a delightful and rare individual. Much love and I am so very excited and greatful to have the privilege to follow your journey. May your life be filled with only love and joy until the end of time !!!!!!!

Hi Myrna I took Accutane when I was 43 I think. Should be gone by now. Not as severe as Brian's. 4 months and gone forever. Just mild dryness. My research friend made some retinoic acid gel in the lab for me when I was 30. Burned like hell and worked! He gave a talk & Ortho created Retin-A. Gel was too wimpy. Cream was a dud contained isopropyl myristate a known acnegin. Not surprising, like beta blockers to decrease blood pressure causing nightmares that increased bp. 2 years... then he went online & discovered the connection. Weaned in 2 wks. No more pills = no hi bp, no nightmares! Dr John Bergman says that body is a smart (not stupid) self healing self regulating system. It strives to maintain a happy strong healthy state. Always repairing (only during rest or sleep) and constantly responding and readjusting. Inflammation is a signal to command control to fix it. Don't kill the messenger. Brian mentioned diet. Too much animal protein plus dead muscle tissues must put a load on the lymph immune system. Body had to dump the toxins eg pus asap- poop, pee, sweat, SKIN (acne, psorasis), lungs (cough mucus), eyes (boogers). When I muscle tested guys at Golds Gym all bodies did not like supplements 7 days a week. All bodies tested yes to 5 or 6 days. All tested no to 7 days . Maybe that's why 3 day fast is a good idea. Do you think Brian might have gotten better sooner if he discovered "change your diet change your life" or energy muscle testing to eat/use only those things that his body wants at current time? Everything we ingest goes full circle through checkpoint liver. The only organ that can regenerate.

I don't know if this happens to anyone else, but a few days after I extract all my blackheads, I get a really bad layer of dead skin on top of the entire surface of that area, almost like a thin scab. You can't really see it but it makes my skin look wayyy worse, uneven, red and even a bit leathery. Sometimes then I pick at the layer of dead skin and then it takes the top layer of skin off and then turns into a real scab... It can't even be exploited off or else it also damages the top layer of skin... Then I look like a meth head! I get myself in this situation all the time.

Stephen Mason try a dab of vitamin E oil, or vasaline after a good cold wash/rinse and maybe even wait an hour or so after the extraction, just to be sure you dont fill up the pore. Or get a bottle of the gel caps. I take a vitamin E daily and it is all sorts of good for the skin, helps with bruises too.

Here's what I'm dealing with and was just wondering if you or anyone has any advice. I don't really have too bad of acne. I get little bit of breakouts but, it's mainly a lot of little red spots on my chin and cheeks that don't seem to go away. There's no whiteheads or ever really was so I'm kinda confused. I'm guessing it's a lot of inflammation from what, I don't know. There no deep damage to it. My skin is actually very smooth. Its just red areas where it looked like I had acne, even though I never really had a lot, if any there. I'm just asking for any tips to help them go away. I'm currently a deployed Marine in Japan so it's more difficult to get better acne treatment. Just wondering if there's anything simple that can help to keep my face pretty clear and start to get rid of the redness. Thank ya! Rah

So is Baking Soda good for Acne or no?? i've heard people say both
I don't know if someone already mentioned this, but the Amazon link you gave takes you to a medical dissection kit instead of the blackhead extractions tools you use. I have one of those from university, and I don't think they can really be used on blackheads 😊
Cool video Dude!
It starts at 6:35 ;) thank me later. Thanks for showing this to the world. I had massive problems with acne in my teenage years and I wish your channel and KZread existed back then. Bravo

Nice vid, I didn't know blackheads could be so deep
Thank ya! Rah
