EX-POLICEMAN from TEXAS | ‘America sanctioned not Russia, but American citizens in Russia’
Eddie Gonzalez is an American🇺🇸 expat in Russia 🇷🇺 - a former police officer from Texas! @moscowphotographer8365
Eddie spent his whole life serving on the border with Mexico 🇲🇽, cracking down on crimes related to illegal immigration 🚓.
In 2017, our hero met a Russian woman on Facebook, came to visit her in Moscow and...got married💍. The newlyweds decided to live in Russia, 'We decided that Russia is where we wanted to live because currently the political situation in America is not ideal’
Moscow reminded Eddie of his homeland in the mid-20th century. Back then, people in America were also oriented towards traditional values and family, but unfortunately, such conservative views are no longer supported by the authorities, ‘The vast majority of American people don’t support these wild democratic policies of multi-gender and LGBTQ, yet the political leaders in Washington don't care’.
The only thing Eddie dislikes in Russia is the disconnection from the SWIFT system. He can’t use his credit cards 💳 to make purchases, ‘American authorities just made life harder for American citizens while I see Russians just going about their everyday business living their lives’.
Eddie has been familiar with guns since childhood, since his father was a hunter. Later, his job involved firearms. By the way, even now in Moscow, Eddie Gonzalez is an excellent marksman 🎯 We filmed him practicing at a shooting range.
In addition to his passion for guns, Eddie has another big passion: he loves photography and making videos 📹 about Russia and Russian people! Eddie hopes that these videos will be watched by his two adult children, and they will decide to visit him in Moscow without any fear or stereotypes ✈️🇷🇺

When the 1950s came RU realized it can't get better than this and put down roots in the best decade. The US and our EU/NATO puppets got greedy, kept moving forward. What you see today is the result. Getting a passport in the UAE and visa in "thus country" were the best decisions I ever made. I'm tired of trying to wake Americans who are too content with mediocrity and unwilling to do what the founders did to create our once great nation. America is a lost cause at this point, the events of 2020 and the illegal proved that it's no longer a free country. It's a corporate junta with congress serving as puppets for the establishment DemoKKKrat-Republican Oligarchs.
I met my current wife in 2017. We married in 2019 in Moscow. My own family disowned me but my new Russian family accepted me immediately with open arms. In fact I became a minor celebrity in Чернава. I am appalled by the lawlessness in the UK. The rights of the victims are protected more than perpetrators. We travel between Northern Cyprus and Russia. I love Russia. I am embarrassed about what England has become but I tell all my friends that I am proud to be associated with Russia and the vast majority of Russian people feel the same. I’m from a working class background, being in construction all my life and I tell all my russian friends that THE ORDINARY PEOPLE support president Putin. I only wish my mother was still alive so she could see Russia for herself and how happy my wife and I are.

@@andrewjackson6763 there is no racism. There are not many people with black skin because there were no slaves from Africa and every black Russian was born in Russia or has come as a student and stayed. Mongoloid faces are everywhere and you can not guess if a person is from the East or from the West of Russia as we have a bit of the Buddhist Mongolia in the South West. Also speaking about the SMO it's hard to say who are more Russian, white commander of Alyosha tank or men with brown eyes and dark hair from Chechnya and Dagestan. Moscow is a city ruled by men with outstanding noses, all the Black Sea region is occupied with Russians from Azerbaijan and Armenia and they live together in peace. From Samara to Tyumen there are thousands kilometers of tatar lands. They are not white and they speak tatar languages, they are Muslims and they are Russian. Racism? Speech is censored, news are not news anymore , they are very biased. This has led to the seperation of the USA from the rest of the world. Instead of solving the drugs, homelessness, lack of accesibile health services the government is focused on other things. Americans lost their faith in government and thus they are moving out. Russia is perfect for retirement, SSI is enough to live very well, the cities are safe, far more cultured than the west so unlimited options for drama, ballet, opera, jazz, etc and low cost. Medical are is free for emergencies and if you are a resident all are is free. I live in the city enter of St Petersburg and it is unlimited in social and cultural options, safe, you could walk through any district or any of the 600 beautiful parks and be safe at 3am. Street crime is just absent. The food is healthier, no need for a car, with excellent cheap bus, trams, trains, trolleys, ride share cars, subscription cars and electric scooters. There are more museums and culture in any of the larger cities than all of the US combined. Everyone gets along, conflicts are VERY rare, no homeless. A very active open social life and extremely easy to meet people. Just walk up to anyone and ask directions or some question and that will start an interesting conversation. The pubs, cafes, clubs etc are very friendly atmospheres. Age does not matter if you have something interesting to say. But watch out, with in a week you will have 10-20 new friends, so keep some time to explore and not only hang out with your friends. If you are single you will think you are in heaven, people in good shape, active friendly and attractive everywhere so it is hard NOT to fall in love every few days. I am 74, next month 75 and have a very active social and cultural life, my primary dating partner is 42 and looks 24. Between jazz clubs, dance clubs, rock, drama, opera, ballet, symphonies pubs, social clubs I do not even know anyone my age. I have 3 small businesses I opened and a large one that is inactive because it is a large incoming tour operator with contracts with cruise ships to provide 60,000-100,000 2-3 day intensive tours each summer but since Covid-19 there are no cruise ship and the US will not allow cruise lines to come to Russia any more. They will return however since St Petersburg port calls were the only reason to cruise in the Baltic Sea I was in the music recording business all my work life in the US, plus ranching, women's fashion salon, the largest pro sound equipment service/repair center in the world, a shop that restored and repair classic Italian Maserati and Ferrari, and contractor serviing all the two way radio system s for the US Forest Services ...and a top recording studio that recorded 197 gold and platinum albums, all at the same time so at 51, I gave everything away and moved toSt Petersburg Russia in Jan 2000 with just 2 suitcases and $6000 and have loved every minute of it. More true friends, and access to culture than is even possible in the US. I have only been back 5 times and each 1-2 week return is really depressing to what has happened to the US. Homeless everywhere, debt crushing every family, poor services, division, hate, crime children being surgically altered to change their sex against parents permission, violence and insane aggressive criminal foreign policy. The US hits peak with the greatest distribusion of wealth in about 1970 and it has been almost unlivable ever since. Russia is great and on the right track, people live better lives,

This is so true.
Instead of brining people up to a high standard like Russia has done when people legally emigrate to Russia the US has let the societal dregs of the world drag them down to their low level and America has abandoned any sense of a moral compass.

У моей мамы была старая машина и все равно ее 3 раза угоняли, нам пришлось отдать деньги преступникам и они ее вернули. After four visits I feel safe and comfortable - certainly safer than in cities in Australia, England or the US. I look forward to a future with peace and to my next visit.

Yep, I'm Texan born.. & obsessed with Russia!
Hello to the many Americans and Europeans of non-Slavic ethnicity who have gathered under this video and have a desire to move to Russia. It is clear what problems your countries are facing, I am from Russia and I am glad to welcome those who came here, but I would like to convey to many the idea that if you are young and energetic and you do not yet have a large family. And also, you don’t like what’s happening to your country, try to fight the cause, don’t you feel sorry for your home? Where have masculinity, catchy films about brave and tough guys, the American dream, conservative values gone? If you simply leave in the hope of finding the America you had, you will not solve the problem of America itself. The country will be mired in all this filth that you are running from and it will simply cease to be your home completely, all dreams of the America that was will dissolve. If you are a patriot and you have the opportunity, fight for the America that is in your heart and be friends with Russia to truly avoid wars. Russia, after the collapse of the Soviet Union, looked at America, at its culture and tried to be like it, but at the end of the 2000s, the Russian state realized that something had suddenly become completely wrong with America, madness with LGBT, a re-exacerbation of hostile narratives in relation to Russia, NATO expansion, etc. It became clear to us that America as an example is no longer useful to us, therefore, we are probably not much different because of this, because we grew up in the culture that you had then. We chose a different path, to strengthen what we have and continue the idea that we are all brothers and sisters, especially with the peoples within the country, because together we are strong. We also hope that our western and southern Slavic brothers will also come to their senses that choosing masters to persecute their eastern brother is not the best idea and it will not lead to anything good, you already see a bad example, this is Ukraine. So, I would like to wish America to become great again, to fight for their country and not make Russia their enemy, and to the European and South Slavs, as well as the Baltic people and the descendants of the Scandinavians, to unite in peace with us, because you have much more connections and common ground with Russia than with America, or in general, the Anglo-Saxons. Peace to you all!

Johnbrown interesting name, anyway as an American 65 years old, I thank you for your kind comments. At my age if I had the money I would move to Russia, your values are what I grew up with, in fact as a white guy married to a Hispanic woman who came here legally 30 years ago, we are the minority, her because of legally becoming a citizen and learning English, going to college which she paid for, becoming a counselor, and as mentioned me being white, and before covid had to take white privilege classes working at a state funded behavior health clinic. No one gave me a free ride, I went through the late 70s early 80s recession no food stamps, my wife at the time and I ate oat meal for several weeks, but it developed my character and taught me to trust in Christ. I'm ranting but I have Christian values that are not woke like so many churches here today. Our country is lost unofficial numbers of illigals is 40-50 million on subsidies big city's are going bank rupt and turning into hell holes, now there coming into small towns, a ticking time bomb. Sorry I'm venting, but Russia is not the enemy I was trained to hate in the 80s in the army. We are the ones who have been and still are being fed propaganda. Peace to you as well.

The whole city of Moscow must be full of actors then 😂. I know what the US has become and the West in general and I can see how nice and peaceful the city of Moscow is. There's simply no need for propaganda people can observe reality. In the old days of the USSR yes then visitors were often shown special locations that showed everything in a better light. I saw Moscow and Saint Petersburg in the late 90s and we were told not to go outside at night because of safety issues. While these were beautiful cities some buildings were dilapidated and technology was old. We visited chemical labs and everything looked old compared to what we worked with it was like going back in time. The food we got served wasn't good and the waiters were unfriendly. When I see Russia now I see a totally different place that in many aspects has surpassed Western countries. The vibe is very different. The 90s were a terrible time for many Russians. It's a lot better now, I don't need propaganda to be convinced of this. I can see how Russia has changed for the better. I see progress. When I look at the West I see it going towards the Russia of the 90s. Life is becoming too expensive, increase in crime, natives being replaced in their own cities.
So many people from Texas love Russia. Including myself. That's should tell ppl something as texas was known as most free state, our state motto is "Dont Mess with Texas!" Like how you dont mess with Russia. We were tough 'like' the Russians too we meant what we said.. there must be even more in common. I think it may also have to do with Putins visit to Texas in 2001. He gave a excellent statement & visited the Bush Ranch. That means something to us Texans. Putin was also super cool & likeable. You can see his statements on YT. "Putin visits texas" will pull it up. He's with bush on stage. He was super cool at the school talking to kids. There are some more friendly meetings too.

"When" is always "now". Just pick up your baggage and move.

11:26 It's supposed to be "Not Bad" instead of Very Bad. Just a little correction but you've got a great accent. I'm not too good in Russian though.
Great video. Thank you.
