Lol, well I am back. I had a packet of crisps and a beer but I don’t think that counts. On my Facebook page @vario stick, a chap who has bought there does mention some restaurants locally that he recommends.

I was about to buy the house @8:20 next to your favourite blue house. But the timing was not right. It was the sweetest house with lots of grapes in the little balcony. Loved Mafalda

Was or is the renovation difficult as far as finding contractors to do the work? Are you there any English-speaking people in Mafalda?

Hi Janet, in a word 'no' lol. Just returned from a week in the UK, prices, cars, people and stress, I don't know how people manage it.

Hi Vario, thanks for another wonderful video. Mafalda looks like a lovely place. You mentioned a bank, but are there cafes and shops there?

Hi Susan. I did forget to mention that there are several very nice cafés, some wonderful out of town resteraunts and a bakery. There is also a newer part of town that I didn't explore, there might be some more shops there.

Why are there no people walking around the town throughout this video?

I always film during the week and at lunchtime when everyone is eating, at work or having a siesta. People don't like cameras being pointed at them so it's much easier that way.

Are there many people who live in Mafalda who speak English?
