I know God's hand directed me to this testimony. The other day, I asked a waitress if she knew Jesus. She said she did... and that she accepted Him in her heart but that she hadn't been baptized yet because the Jehovah's Witnesses decide that. My heart dropped. I felt I was not to say anything yet. I wept on the way home. My sister and I have been praying for her since we found this out. We are going to the restaurant this week to speak with her. Please pray for God's favor and His words.

Are you familiar with the Kingdom Interlinear Translation of the Greek scriptures? That is a self refuting book to the JWs setting (maybe you too) them free. So much that JW elders are actually getting wary of ant householdet who asks the knocking JW for the K.I T. to study with. For example: John 20:28 reads: the Lord of me and the God of me on Greek.

NZ92673 yes i used the kingdom interlinear when I first started having doubts about what I was being taught. I got the King James Bible, The New World translation, and the interlinear, Lined them all up on my desk and started to translate! After about 30 minutes I started to get so angry, I could not believe how much they had to change the New World translation from its original!!! I felt so deceived and lied to that I ripped up the New World translation and threw it in the bin! From that day on I always checked translation back to the original Greek and Hebrew just to make sure. The King James Bible is the authority.

Congratulations on embracing "the way, the Truth, and the Life". Stay firm, there are very tough times coming ahead, considering what's now happening, but it all portends the imminence of Christ's return.

When I woke up , I celebrated the memorial, in my home with my boys , wow, I still feel the Holy Spirit , I’m walking with the way the truth and the life

That was powerful!!! Made me cry! I love the Jehovah's Witnesses so much. I love them! When they come by, please love them and give them cold water if it is a hot day. And please be sure to share the Gospel with them and tell them how much they are love by a Good God!

Greetings to all in the name of our Sovereign Lord Jesus Christ! As an ex JW how wonderful it is to see so many ex JWs like myself ending up in the arms of Jesus Christ! And come to know and believe that through Gods grace "alone" and through faith in Christ "alone" are we saved! Not by any works of our own lest we tarnished the perfect Holy finished work of Christ on the cross! Nor that any should boast before God as having any part in their salvation! Many JWs are sincere in wishing to please God but unfortunately they are in the grip of a FALSE prophet who like a spider wraps it prey in a cocoon so it can neither hear the truth or see the truth! So let us "love our neighbor as our self" and be kind and loving to all JW's and pray that God may show mercy to them as he did us! and rescue them for Jesus Christ! May God our Father bless us all through Christ Jesus and the Holy Spirit in the Faith! Hope! and Love! that are in HIM!

Would you agree that when someone speaks to you it is important that you listen and consider everything that they have to say, by the same token the one speaking has an obligation to consider everything you have to say in your reply. I have read and considered all you have to say in your post Aubery! There is much that you say that is very true! Having said this, would Jehovah, Jesus Christ, or The Holy Spirit consider it wrong for you and I to look at a passage of scripture, in order that I may understand your point of view as to what it means? As you know Jesus referred to the religious leaders of his day as " Being from their father the devil"! Yet neither He nor his Apostles, Paul or early Christians held back from speaking about the TRUTH in the synagogues or from house to house! Why were they unafraid to confront the devil? Because they believed this important truth?" If Jehovah is for us, who can stand against us"! The scripture I would like you to consider is the Gospel of John where Jesus is speaking throughout in Chap 3 verses 1 to 21. I will pray that Jehovah guides us both, and if you do likewise there can only be a good outcome for both of us! Did you know that Jesus Christ was just a carpenters son, some apostles were just fishermen, a tax collector, shepherds, etc Since when has God taken notice of the wisdom of this world and it's degrees, as a validation of the truth about Christ? God is not at all interested in how many degrees a person may have but their heart condition, surely you know this? However, I must agree with you that you are a very learned person even so I would be interested in your thoughts on John Ch 3 verses 1 to 21? Kindest Regards

What you ask is entirely in the hands of our Sovereign God who draws persons to Jesus Christ, then they both send the Holy Spirit to indwell the hearts of those on whom God has decided of his own free will to save! Remember God said to Moses "I will have mercy on whom I will have mercy and compassion on whom I will have compassion"! Jesus told us we must be prepared to leave everyone behind if we wish to follow Christ "father, mother, brother etc! God is infinitely loving, merciful, compassionate and just so your family could not be in better hands, so leave it all in Gods hands and carry on steadfastly walking in the Spirit with you eyes fixed on Jesus neither looking to the left or right! Just wanted to say what a blessing these testimony videos have been. Every now and then, Witnesses call at my home and I always try to engage them in friendly but challenging conversation. It's so encouraging to see how others were helped to see the errors of the Watchtower and come to Christ.

All she has to do is ask God for the truth. If she's not willing to do that, that probably means she already knows something is wrong. I believe anyone with honest intentions asks God for the truth gets it. I had a co-worker confused about God. He asked God for the truth, got his answer and came back to work with a testimony about Jesus. Ask her to ask God for the truth and pray for her. I have a lot of scriptures about the difference between Holy Spirit filled Christian beliefs and JW. Please let me know if you want the documents, I'll pray for your wife.

I'll never forget the first time I partook of the emblems during Passover, my First Communion.. I had always wanted to partake as a child in the Kingdom Hall during the Black Mass or what the jws call the "memorial"..but I never dared.. I was in my 30's in a non-denominational church and when I took the cup and drank and ate the unleavened bread I just smiled and smiled because I knew that His body was broken for me, His blood was spilled for me, I could be with Him in heaven someday. it still makes me so emotional. I never dare take this for granted.

31.45. When she cried ..I cried with her...we were in complete darkness ..all my life! I was baptized when I was 14.. Arica. Chile...Jesus is our savior now...I am emotional now..but we r the most happy people now..

What a shock right? I remember back in 1994 at an assembly where the speaker (reading "new light" from the Society) openly said: "No independent thinking" (apart from the Organization) The talk was based on "Trusting Jehovah" (i.e. the WBTS) and not "think" for ourselves. Once you do think independently and actually read the Bible independently from the witness dogma, you are shocked at the distorted and perverted slant they have taught us. Imagine... they convinced you to reject the new covenant and Christ's memorial bread and wine in effect rejecting Christ's sacrifice! But they did.

Jesus, Jesus, Jesus. There's just something about that name!

I am so happy for the both of you. Jesus was always waiting for you to come to Him. He loves you so much and yet such a gentleman waiting for you to make your decision. He gives us all a free will to choose. I am not a JW but have family that are so I was always curious as to why these relatives switched. I never asked them as I didn't know much about the religion. I just knew they didn't fellowship with others that were not JW. I myself was a baby Christian at the time so I didn't feel adequate enough to confront them mainly because I wasn't knowledgeable enough, so I thought. As I write this, 40+ years have passed since I was born again. When I heard your testimony I cried and had to ask my Father for forgiveness for not appreciating His gift of salvation, Jesus Christ. I have neglected His precious grace and let it sit stagnant in my life for so many years. It made me realize how much I miss His love, His joy, and His peace in my life. Thank you for sharing, you moved me to my core and made me realize how fortunate I have been. Continue to reach out to others. God bless you and grant you the strength to continue reaching out to His lost sheep.

Just tried to convince my mom, who's a JW, that after years of me praying like a JW and never receiving anything I could relate to god, I started to pray for truth instead and for him to reveal himself to me, I've found Jesus and SOMETHING is definitely going on in everyone's hearts during this COVID-19 time. If it isn't now he will be back very shortly and I'm praying for everyone to escape evil doing while they can for they will see it 1000x fold if they aren't with Christ. Of course she wouldn't listen to ANYTHING rational I had to say except point and scream "APOSTATE!". Prayers for her to take the blinders off please! What a touching testimonial both Bill and Julia gave. I am a Catholic I've been a seeker for 25 + years I know my bible but I am studying with Jehovahs Witnesses the generation issue I have had for YEARS and I also cannot understand why Jehovah Witnesses refuse the body n blood of Jesus christ for those who reject it have no life in them. I have asked these questions to Lee my JW bible study and he cannot give me a direct answer and for reason he slips away from the subject. Apart from that I like the witnesses I respect their zeal and love for the scriptures. I am still studying for now because I feel my time as a Catholic is ending mostly due to my being divorced... Catholics don't do divorce. I am happy that Bill and Julia have found their truth. P. S in 1997 I asked a witness about the 1914 generation that would live to see the end of this system of things and she said... Its knocking on the door Gary, yet I still had doubt. Then in 2010 I knew this generation was fading away and a Watchtower was posted through my door saying.... What does the word Generation mean 😂 So, they obviously realised that this prediction was wrong. But, which church is perfect ? Not many because Man isn't perfect. 🙏

I’m an ex JW. 42 years in - 22 years out. Some of those out years were full of self / flesh worship. But God who always loved me, saved me by bringing into my life Christian people who spoke to me of Christ and I saw something in them that I wanted. When they spoke of Christ, love shone from within and I eventually surrendered to the love of God in Christ. I am born again ( you cannot be a Christian unless you are born again), I am a son of the Father and a brother of Christ. I have been adopted and absorbed into the Trinitarian life of God. Nothing can seperate me from the love of God that is in Christ and it is beautiful!! My advice to anyone is that when dealing with Witnesses, don’t bother with trying to beat them with a scripture contest. They have their scriptures and we have ours and it will generally go nowhere. Tell them about your relationship with Christ. Ask them about their relationship with Jesus. They don’t have one, so will be stuck. Do this all with the same love that God has dealt with us, and pray that something you say may resonate. Love and peace to the saints in the body of Christ.

beautiful.. made me cry. I have been witnessing to JW's that are near my work, I hope and pray the Word of God that I share with them cuts through the deception they have been living. God bless and save them all, they are beautiful faithful people. Not the organization but the people that just want to know God.

I was born and raised a JW and my testimony is similar. I went a step further as I realized that the Jehovah's Witnesses, the Mormons, the evangelicals, the Lutherans, etc etc etc etc ALL claim to teach the truth of scri6 and ALL claim to be led by the Holy Spirit. I was studying the Bible with non-denominational evangelicals (after the life was taken out of me by reading Crisis of Conscience) to find out what the Bible really taught. The one thing I refused to do was church shop. I obeyed Proverbs 3:5-6 and trusted in Jesus at Matthew 7:7. I gave up all of my biases, all of my beliefs to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ to be led to wherever his 100% truth was taught. I refused to go to any place of worship unless God convicted me to go there. After what seems like a year, God gave me what I call my "Paul moment". The reason was that I had ignored God's answer to me as I just couldn't accept it. It made no sense and it went against what I knew to be true my whole life. So, God walloped me upside the head abs I finally gave in. I began to research the Catholic Church. I couldn't believe it, but Catholicism opened up the Bible into a densely packed and rich book. Everything made sense. Then, I discovered that the first century Bishop of Antioch, St Ignatius, who was a disciple of the Apostle John, appointed as Bishop of Antioch by the Apostle Peter, and martyr for Christ said the following, "wherever Jesus Christ is, so is the Catholic Church" (Epistle to the Smyrnaeans). There it is. The Church that traces back to the Apostles and directly named from the first century forward. The very Church that so many are lied to about and aren't even aware of what the Church teaches and why. I have personally yet to encounter a former Catholic or a protestant that could accurately tell me what the Church teaches and why. Not one and I debate almost daily for years. I am Catholic by God alone. Praise Jesus Christ!

It’s really painful to see the organization one trusted for years comes to be fake and deceitful I thanks to God that he is actually bringing honest hearted people out of jehovah witness fold to his great and marvelous light. I am really happy for you both for this new life you’ve found

This is an outstanding testimony, so beautiful, when your eyes are finally opened to the truth, Jesus is the way, the truth and the life no one comes to the father but by me, I wasn't a j w but I was in my own darkness I opened a door to the demonic through sin, I got oppressed, I was lost for 29 year's, Jesus stepped in and showed me the spiritual realm what I invited in it was horrible, horrific I saw all kinds of demon's by the end of my vision I was mumbling from the fear, terror finally I screamed out Jesus help me he showed up everything evil took off, I saw Jesus he's real take care God bless you and your family sold out for Jesus

My grandad was in this cult when he was a young man..His 5 year old daughter just died of what we suspect was Leukemia.. right after he had to dig the unmarked grave (too poor for proper funeral) they came by and told him that Hell was lined with babies.. He picked up a pole and ran them off.. Thank God, that he was lead to the true Triune God of Scripture! God The Father, Son, & Holy Spirit .. Now that I’ve been studying this cult (to find errors) I don’t think they believe in hell, so I’m not sure why they would tell him that..

Thanks for your testimony. It’s great that the Lord Jesus is sets us free. If the Son sets us free then we’re free indeed. The JWs, Mormons, Muslims SDA all have a different Jesus, a different gospel, a different spirit ( antichrist spirit) The JWs believe that Jesus is Michael the archangel ( even though there is no verse stating this) I have a sister trapped in the JWs and consequently I’ve learned about cults . Because of this I’ve seen many JWs being set free by the Jesus Christ. Tina, ask people if they believe in Jesus Christ as their Savior not if they know Jesus. We need salvation from condemnation and the point first is salvation or rescue by believing in the only way to be rescued. Remember, Man is fallen and condemned (that includes imputation of sin to all men) as Paul explains in Roman's 5. People are seldom told what the Scripture says about why we need saved and it, the reason why, is specifically stated. Only then are we to grow in the knowledge of God and Jesus Christ. It is simply misleading to say do you know Jesus, that can mean any number of things and not necessarily whether one is saved as the Word of God explains about being Born Again by believing in Jesus as Savior.

Let's make this short and sweet. It is written, "Yet Michael the archangel, in contending with the devil, when he disputed about the body of Moses, dared not bring against him a reviling accusation, but said, 'The Lord rebuke you!'" (Jude 9) What did Jesus Christ do when He was contending with Satan? It is written, "Then Jesus said to him, 'Away with you Satan!' For it is written, 'You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.' Then the devil left Him...." (Matthew 4:10-11 NKJV) Jesus Christ openly rebuked Satan whereas Michael the archangel dared not bring against him a reviling accusation. Why? Because Jesus is Lord and God! Michael and Jesus are two entirely different persons. Jesus is his Creator and Michael is his creation!

Brothers and sisters I am a 17 year old teen trying to change my ways and live for Christ. Although I plan on getting baptized even though it might not be a requirement to enter the Kingdom of God, I was curious what is being born again? Is it getting baptized or something else. Because many people like the person on the cross next to Christ was going to be with him in paradise. How could this be? (Not Judging him or anything). If most likely he had exceptional faith but there's the possibility that he wasn't baptized. So could someone please explain this to me? Thank you!! God bless!

Hi! So glad to hear someone so young wanting to live for Jesus! You are right, baptism is not a requirement to be saved- (We are saved by Faith ALONE, in Christ ALONE). God can save a person on their very last breath which wouldn't give ample time to get baptised. However, if you are able, there is no reason not to be... Perhaps you are familiar with: John 3:3-7 3 Jesus replied, “Very truly I tell you, no one can see the kingdom of God unless they are born again.[a]” 4 “How can someone be born when they are old?” Nicodemus asked. “Surely they cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born!” 5 Jesus answered, “Very truly I tell you, no one can enter the kingdom of God unless they are born of water and the Spirit. 6 Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit[b] gives birth to spirit. 7 You should not be surprised at my saying, ‘You[c] must be born again.’ 8 The wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”[d] Galatians 4:6 Because you are his sons, God sent the Spirit of his Son into our hearts, the Spirit who calls out, “Abba, Father.” Being born again is receiving the Holy Spirit within you. This Spirit of adoption now testifies you are a child of God and can therefore call God your Father. Some say you have to speak in tongues as evidence of being filled with the Spirit, but I say this puts people into unnecessary bondage of wanting an outward sign before they believe that Christ now dwells in them. The evidence is an inward transformation, a change in our affections, hungering for the things of God, letting go of our own works and efforts to "be good" (for our own righteousness are as filthy rags before Him- Isaiah 64:6) in order to allow Him to work within us. It's having a desire to be clothed in His Righteousness, not trying to establish our own. Our hearts will yearn to know Him better, through prayer and His reading Word. This shows the Holy Spirit being at work in you. And whenever following Christ gets tough and you feel like you are always falling short, just remember, you are SEALED, God will never give up on you. Philippians 1:6 " 6 being confident of this, that he who began a good work in you will carry it on to completion until the day of Christ Jesus."

+Ricardo Barrera You are welcome- Forgive me if I sound like I am preaching here but I have a special place in my heart for newbie Christians and I would say this to any I encounter: When I was newbie myself, I took the Word of God for granted and thought loving God was enough. My spiritual experiences convinced me I was "walking in the truth". I started seeking more experiences, following the wisdom of man and not that of God. I followed someone who claimed to hold the revelations of God, who downplayed the importance of Scriptures in order to decieve and insert their own extra-biblical teachings. So for 8 years I ended up in a cult simply because I did not cling to the Word that would have been able to give me the discernment I needed. But praise the Lord, He never let go of me and now my love and zeal for Him is even greater than it ever was before. I respect pastors (Bible-believing ones- cuz many are simply wolves!), but when we come before the judgement seat, we stand alone, therefore we cannot hold anything that man teaches above Biblical scrutiny. The Word must be the final authority (Solo Scriptura). The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Truth who will lead us into all Truth, but we must trust in the Word of God lest we be decieved by "another spirit who preaches another gospel, about another Jesus". (2 Corinthians 11:4) I say all this cuz the Bible speaks of even greater deceptions ahead...and all of us must put on the Full Armor of God to be able to stand firm against the schemes of the Devil.. (Eph. 6:11) God Bless!

I along with my mom were Jehovah's Witness students for a long time so I grew up believing in their doctrines. It wasn't longer than a year ago that I found the @truth4jws channel on KZread and stopped studying. And thank you a lot for caring about other people and new Christians and taking the time out of your day to reply!! :)

Raquel Perez True, Jesus did say "I and the Father are one". He also said that the disciples "should be one as he and his Father are one" John 17. So we know he is speaking of Unity. There is no record of Thomas worshiping Jesus when he said "my Lord and God". Thomas would worship the very same God that Jesus told the woman at the grave that he had not yet ascended to yet. "to my God and your God". God does not have a God. "No one comes to the Father accept through me me" So ultimately Jesus is saying the most important thing for us is to reach the Father and that he was sent by the Father to ensure that we do. Question: Why did Jesus refer to himself as the "first and the last"? We are repeatedly told that creation is "through" Jesus. Why "through"? Because creation comes from the Father. So before you are completely consumed by fire can you tell me why you feel our Lord would be less than truthful with us by calling the Father the "only true God"?

Salvation is only found in the Lord Jesus Christ and not in any denomination or fellowship or organization but in the person of Jesus Christ Acts 4:12 Jesus is the only way to the Father. We all have to call on the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to be snatched from the kingdom of darkness and brought into Jesus own kingdom of love and light.Colossians 1:13 We become children of God and born again into Jesus kingdom of love and light ❤. The Lord Jesus is God becoming man or the Word becoming flesh John 1:14

Cecil Bernard Hebrews 2:14 is directly speaking of Jesus Christ. To say The Father became The Son is denying what Jesus says! Jesus said he IS The Son *OF* God! Jesus said God IS his Father! No human being has the right to take such liberty in mistranslating scripture to fit personal doctrine. The Bible is proof that, Jesus is not God, IS The Son *OF* God, and is *WITH* God NOW. Who became the Son ? it's very clear as water ,it was the Father that became Son.When He says 'son' that doesn't mean He got a son from a marriage.He Himself became a son.Since He is God He is able to do so.Jesus is our brother as He partook His life in flesh and blood like us and also He is our Father.Otherwise you are making God a grandfather to mankind.Don't get mislead and mislead others.
