They didn't know they'll get into sscbs when they joined IIM indore. It is after DUJAT results were announced when they switched.
What was last year's cutoff for SSCBS for BMS?

They had enrolled in IIM Indore as their results were out before DU. After 1-2 months when DUJAT results were released, they left IIM and came to CBS. Hope that makes sense.

@@nishthagoelsscbs ya it does. So iims give this provision of switching? What's the time period within which you can switch? And the fees paid is refunded back or a certain percentage? Please clarify, it would be very helpful

@@shwetagupta8240 fees are taken semester wise. Most probably they would have given the 1st semester fees and then took exit from the iim.

@@shwetagupta8240 in every college you can get out whenever you want after giving the respective semester fees. Never heard of the word "drop out"?
i heard sscbs name for the first time..Should I be astonished that they left precious iim tag and chose a tier 2/3/4 college?

You can check the college's LinkedIn, placement reports and alumni and decide for yourself if it is not a tier 1 college.

there is no separate placement cell for IPM students of IIM indore, so you might have to look for a job on your own.

Okay I see they are ipmat students, now their senseless pointe makes sense -Less studying -Less attendance What the duece , What is this generation running away from quality education

They never mentioned that they are running away from anything. It was their preference for free time and liberty to learn what they want to, instead of being confined by a syllabus. Students at SSCBS are known for their academic rigour. I hope you understood the point behind their decision :)
