Not sure if anyone cares to read this but I’ve got a story time: I hung out with my ex from when I was 15 about a month ago. We dated for 9 months in high school. We’re both 23 now. We were each others first everything and I had such an intense love for him. He kept breaking up with me and getting with this other girl and then switching. Eventually I told him to just be with her and he did. We then didn’t speak for 7 years. I’d moved on and mostly had fond memories. He randomly hit me up and we decided to hang out. He was respectful and all but kept awkwardly poking me and giggling saying “wow…you’re. You’re just so beautiful.” It was just really cringe. Come to find out he had been with that other girl this whole time and had moved in with her and they’d just broken up a week prior to him contacting me. I couldn’t believe it. All this time, I’d moved on and he still thought to come back to me when they didn’t work out. Seriously, get some new girls! I wasn’t upset I just thought it was kind of pathetic. I blocked him because I did not want to be a part of that after all this time. The only thing that was sad was how I’d always chalked that behavior up to his age at the time.
