I'm a recording artist and audio engineer, and though I don't need it, weed gives my inspiration. I just think it effects everyone differently, based on their personality and traits. I wouldn't cast it off as a downer.

I worked in construction for years and most of the people I worked with got stoned every single day. My take is that they can still work hard and it doesn’t affect their thinking when it comes to stuff they already know about , but when they try to figure out something new that they’ve never seen before, they get stuck. That’s why I quit and never went back. And all the guys I knew that smoked every day stayed stuck working for some guy who didn’t pay them enough. They never get motivated to move up. Get their license and work for themself. I know it helps pain and trauma and people love it, but I’m telling ya, it holds you back from bein the best you can be. JJ figured that out and look where his life went. HE NEVER WENT BACK TO A LIFE OF CRIME, INCARCERATION AND ADDICTION.
