Great Podcast! Life’s not easy and we all make mistakes. The one thing I’ve learnt is that we don’t need the big house, flash car and loads of money to make us happy. A real and refreshing nouvelle podcast format. It's like watching and listening to a couple of mates chatting. Sometimes you can't tell who's the guest or the interviewer as they both talk about their lives in detail. Keep up the good work

Got to admit this was a hard watch, Billy. As a massive Blue who grew up in the Dingle, and only a few years older than Michael, back in the day he deffo looked like he was going to be the next big footy star from our neck of the woods after Robbie Fowler. I used to see him in the bookies on Park Road as a young lad and wonder to myself wtf are you doing in here?! This podcast explains a lot of what he was going through, and it's heartbreaking to listen to. This will hopefully be a learning curve for all the young kids in our city who are coming through the footy schemes across both EFC & LFC, and more importantly - the clubs themselves. 🙏💙❤

omg this pod cast is so educational, to me billy I completely get your guest about waking up and having a plan for the day, routine, THATS me but its so refreshing knowing its not just me! I will be able to explain what im trying to say on my meetings, thank you billy because I was always confused, why I say the best part of my life was in jail, but its not that I loved jail, I just had a routine,, pennies dropped AGAIN

Well done Michael it’s takes a lot to stand up and talk about the bad times it’s easy to talk about the good times . I was part of Michaels support mechanism during his time in prison and on his release so I do on a personal level know what he has been through. I listen to your podcasts Billy because you come across as someone who is very genuine and you are using your experiences to pass on to younger people the right path to take so well done and keep up the good work

Even for a die hard red this is heartbreaking, every scouser grows up wanting to play for liverpool and everton, Michael shows how the tables can turn. Hopefully this is a warning for all those budding robbie fowlers out there

This is a far more important podcast than the Delli Ali / Gary Neville interview. This is a moving, honest, brutal interview and true. Hopefully some people who live on the 'edge' will watch this and then stop or realise that everything has consequences.
