Ex-Democrat Exposes the Reality of the DNC | Tulsi Gabbard

Dave Rubin of “The Rubin Report” talks to Tulsi Gabbard about her book “For Love of Country”; the cost of leaving the Democratic Party; her efforts to reform the party; how she became a victim of dirty attacks from Democratic elites like Hillary Clinton; Biden's missed opportunities for unity and the party's shift toward extreme ideologies; how Democratic policies are undermining American values and why they aren’t a result of incompetence; why Democrats are allowing the border crisis to spiral out of control; the response to her book; if disenfranchised Democrats are considering voting Republican or for Robert F. Kennedy Jr.; the urgency of voting against Democrats to prevent further decline; why the GOP needs to embrace a big-tent approach and focus on shared American values; the choice independent voters face in 2024; how she would respond if Donald Trump asked her to be his vice president; her transformative journey and spiritual growth outside of politics; bipartisan friendships and her departure from the Democratic Party's shifting values; her experience campaigning for Republicans; her readiness to serve the nation if called, prioritizing country over party politics; and much more.

This is a good reason for a Convention of States override. My idea would be every bill that they approve must go to a national vote by the people for approval by them. BEFORE it goes to the President's desk. Further if the people defeat it every politician that approved it is Suspended without being replaced for one year. We want them approving GOOD ideas but hiding bad ideas in an omnibus bill. The whole bill must be posted in full to the public so they can see every nook and cranny in the bill. This will kill omnibus bills. Everyone will find something they don't want in such a bill whereas in a single issue bill if it is a good idea it will be passed with no problem with no penalty for the ones that voted against it.

I left the Democratic Party when Trump ran the first time because of the way they were treating him. I could not believe my party could treat an individual so poorly who was running against them that was a huge red flag for me when I left them. I had received a flyer in the mail from the Democratic committee. It was all about how bad Trump was and nothing else so I wrote a letter on that survey and said how despicable I thought they were acting and I said I said if you want money from me, you sell my name to the Republican party and that’s the only money you’re getting from me. Do you know they did it? I started getting surveys from the Republican party after that. I had never changed my voting status. they didn’t try to keep me they didn’t write to me and say what can we do to keep you on voting for Democrats? It was despicable and I’m disgusted by the way they act every single one of them and I’m disgusted by the Republicans not standing up and saying this is wrong. This is wrong.

But Tulsi is such an interesting, smart, young, loyal and GOOD person I can't help but wonder 'what if' someone like her was in a Presidential/Prime Minister postion how exciting and full of potential we could be in .... We, the people don't want old polirised useless dead beats holding us back as the age out from a life of politics .... They are so detached from just the normal people - so much of there shit WE DID NOT vote for or even want BUT they ram thru the rubbish and we are the ones who have to live it. We are tired of all this shit feom both sides .... Tulsi gives many hope that things can change.
