He did say on his lives if he can get one of the 3 ministries home affairs, police and sports he will be happy. We know because we follow his lives. He is smart enough to use sports to keep the youth out of prison. At the end of the day it was Cyril's decision. Let's see how your police minister and home affairs minister perform if they can bring order
