To be fair, it was weird that Joe didn't understand that Hamas is in control of this place as he kept asking the same line of question over and over. They literally ARE THE GOVERNMENT. So it's not hard to understand how they would interfere and keep a lot of the money that was intended to improve the lives of the Palestinian people. Same as Africa and other places. One million dollars allocated (or donated)...and in the end, the citizens (or the systems/infrastructure that directly benefit them) receive $100k if they're lucky.

It's one thing to have him on once or twice but I've lost count how often this guy has been on the show, which is especially wierd as he's one of most unpopular guest choices going.
