Do the EW DX EM2s store the synched or programmed frequency for later use?

Whats the dx transmitter rf power? Is it the same 10mw as the ew d?

It's like uldx 2.0, makes this Shure guy ponder...

Can the EWD have two transmitters hooked up to it? (Touring with two guitars and need to be able to switch between both when needed)

Yes I believe you can.

I've noticed at my last 2 gigs that my EWD has dropped out a couple times. Both gigs were inside. Any suggestions why this may be happening?

First thought is that if the gig is at a different venues, during soundcheck you have to scan for open frequency. Every venue will have a different range of radio interference. We had a mic with a similar drop out issue. But we had 10 mix and could only find 10 frequency channels that were 100% clear. We moved the mic with shaky connection into position where the mic and the receiver would be in line of sight. I could actually fix this issue by buying the Large Antenna Distributor. This would also allow the use of way more frequencies regardless of if the frequency channel is 100% clear.

Did you scan for clear frequencies? Was the receiver close to the mics? Those are some basic places I'd start. If you don't have clear open frequencies, you won't have clear operations.

So the real question, can you use the EW-D wireless mics/lavs with the EW-DX receiver/systems.

No. Only the DX can receive 2 transmitters. But the DX can still use the SK transmitters.
