Its too bad it took Hayden (and Ewan) so long to realize that the Star Wars community does love him and the prequels. Sadly, its the haters that tend to be the loudest and most cruel so they appear to overshadow the fans who enjoyed the prequels. I am sure most of the other cast from those films still have a bitter taste in their mouth from these films.

@@shepardbook Unfortunately, there's a major difference between Hayden and Lloyd, being that Hayden was a grown man during his movie who could probably handle the haters a lot better, but Lloyd was straight up traumatized as a kid, and I don't really blame him for wanting nothing to do with Star Wars ever again.

Anakin, Ahsoka, Obi-Wan...this is something I've never expected to see in real life

If you think about it, it’s really not that surprising. as Ewan once said, the generation that the prequels were made for, the ones who were kids and got into Star Wars because of the prequels, they’re now adults and have the ability and platform to now speak out about something they love - they’re no longer being drowned out by the voices of older people who at the time got to dominate the fandom conversation, it’s a natural progression of fandom and time, and I would imagine that in 20 or 30 years, the younger generations now growing up with the sequels and so on will also be making their voices heard when they’re older.

@@CaptainPikeachu respectfully to the new cast of the newer ones, I'm still unsure for the growth of the sequels when they're directed by the likes of Boris Johnson and Kathleen Kenedy ya know? On the other hand with people like Gareth Edwards and Jon Favreau, there's no doubt we'd get fresh content and it would thrive.

It's not that surprising if you think about it. When the prequels came out, they were immediately compared to the originals which wasn't fair as nothing can beat the nostalgia of the originals. So they were immediately bashed for anything the hardcore fans could find just because. Then Disney came out with their trilogy and because of how much of a train wreck that was, ppl are now comparing the prequels to the Disney trilogy and realizing they aren't necessarily that bad. Sure the writing wasn't great, but the actual storytelling was perfect and leaps and bounds better than Disney's trilogy.

Not many people know doug chiang (the guy between temuera and ewan) but from reading the star wars archives books by paul duncan, I saw just how important he was overseeing all the artistic side of things in the prequels and all the drawing of the creatures and scenes before they were created in real life and performed by the actors

It was my first time experiencing this, and I was just in awe in how much respect and love they have for one another. It's so wholesome and lovely to see.

Blows my mind that people hated ashoka at first. I started watching the clone wars on Netflix when they were giving out dvds. I couldn’t get into it so I stopped, but years later a friend told me it better. I went back……and he wasn’t lying.
