My mom used to teach context. I used to hate it. I would ask her the definition of a word and she would make a big deal of figuring it out by learning to read and then understand the context of the sentence. I used to just want her to tell me the definition so that I could move on. I was really an adult before I understood the skill she was teaching me. hummm.

No. A simple life is part of the sunnah. Sunnah means Tradition or way in Arabic. Sunnah is referring to the way the prophet peace and blessings be upon him lived his life by growing his beard eating while sitting on the ground etc. Hope it clarifies it a bit for you

The Prophet (pbuh) probably licked his fingers once and they turned it into sunnah.. I bet he used spoons back in the days too because ancient Egyptians actually invented cutlery.
