Drove 500kms today with XUV 400 . Took 7hr 30min driving and 2hr charging with food . Cost Rs 1300 plus lunch extra.350 kms in fast mode and 150 kms in fun mode. Loaded with family and bags. Zeon charging excellent app and quick to charge .used both 25 kw and 50kw chargers .1hr and 2 half hour session on charging

Amaze diesel gives 25km per litre 500 kms can be done in rs 2000

Today took XUV 400 up and down travelled 182kms with 4stops ,Ac on through out , average speed 70-80,started at 100 percentage ended with 40 percent remaining,drove with 4passengers and 3bags.

Good review bro.. ev vechiles still have a long way to go....Imagine the car in full capacity (5 ppl and luggage) it would have covered only 250km max.... long drives are out of the question as of now...best suited for rides within the city

Long drives are also possible , but we have to decide how often we use 500 + km in one stretch. Even 500 km with one stop dc fast charger is quit simple and easy while having lunch or breakfast.

He did not charge at any intervel ...so you can go for long drive and you can get every 90 km.a charging station if it you drive in highway.... But average range of 250+ is Just ok ...

These old technology batteries are very bad in terms of life as well in hot humid conditions..... Nexon's batteries is much more new technology and performs better. Both give same 8 years 1.6 L warranty so we dont need to worry about it.

Geographically Coimbatore to Kulithalai is downhill and Kulithalai to Coimbatore is uphill thats why there is a huge difference in range depletion between to and fro. Nice dedicated try. I would suggest when ever you do en ev range test from coimbatore towards salem or karur , its safe to consider 60% as the half time as literally its downhill

Sir it is common understanding that no EV car will give claimed range. We had planned 340km range in safe limit. Then we drove till complete depletion for 330km. If you don't drive till 1% then safe limit is 300km only. What do you mean by humbug sir? We tested it genuinely in real conditions

Same goes for ICE vehicles.. Arai testing happens in test conditions.. ICE vehicles la normal mixed road conditions and normal driving la u can expect 80% of claimed mileage in real-time

Even small hatchback car maintained 80-100 speeds in Highways. Im nexon ev max user as usage ev max given 270-280 in Highways. In city maximum 290. Same we expect in xuv400 without compromise driving. If we drive like a polo it will give maximum 210-220 maximum
