Till now we loved this product brother so no double thoughts please go ahead. They gave only one battery box which will resemble like a small suitcase which will be fitted at the back of the wheelchair. Compact and completely foldable for easy transit

It moves smoothly on small height steps you have to step Up the speed (5 levels are there) All info is there in my video Antony please have a look

Definitely yes… you can adjust the speeds on 3 levels so it will handle slopes easily. On Rough road it handles well but not over rocked surfaces… cement type roads are suited well

Actually their customer service team is prompt and supportive. Actually I broke a part while fitting the components of my moms wheelchair and I got it replaced in few days. Mistake is on my part so I paid for it.
