2 less elixir, more hp, lock on deadzone, takes towers just as fast. Seems balanced

​@@thekinggoblin639but it is more expensie and the mortar while it has a tank it can summon a lot more golins and the goblins can tank for some other units also mortar has aoe damage making it harder to counter as you can't use units to destory the goblins so your only way is to destory the mortar or place a unit before it targets the tower

personally I think supercell could lay off this and it would improve the game because as long as its skill interactive it should not matter if it's defensive or aggressive at the same time the gob gun is still over powered

Should've waited a bit to see how the meta pans out. The evolved skeletons are literally zapped or logged by every player whenever they're played lol.

He looks like a disguised, souped-up mortar that throws normal rocks with normal goblins on top, a modified version of the barbarians' mortar

THE PROBLEM IS: If a player has evolved mortar, they are going to be p2w and have level 15 mortar, which spawns level 15 goblins. These goblins are going to get 2 HITS INSTEAD OF 1 !!! Making this card super OP

I think a good evolution for the xbow is to let it hit air targets. This would help its defensive capabilities. Or a different evolution could be to do a mechanic like the hunter. The further it shoots, the weaker its damage but the closer something is, the more damage it does. So if it is at its furthest range, I would say it would do less damage than its regular variant would do. However, if a troop is right next to it, it would do a lot of damage, not sure how much though. My last idea for an evolution is to give the xbow less range, like not long enough to reach the princess tower, but it has an infinite lifespan. It doesn't take damage through time like other buildings and still has pretty good range like that of a dart goblin. It would have to have less hp though, probably enough to almost be killed by a fireball.

He was pretty sure arc X would win, not to say it looks like a botched evolution to me...

True, but even if the mortar is not evolved, it’ll usually get some sort of value all the time, and since, like x-bow, you want mortar to lock onto the tower, you’ll usually spam it a lot on bridge, making cycling mortar not a new strategy.

X-bow wins, to absolutely no one's surprise. Still shit how you have to buy the new evolution with real money
