The running in a straight line would be a really cool concept, making it so that there's still counterplay by putting buildings right between the ram and your tower, and it'd also probably make for some cool mind games, making opponents have to put buildings in worse spots for your battle ram, then having another win condition benefit from their poor placement

Firstly, from a creative standpoint, it’s not very original, but more importantly, from a balance perspective, spawning two elite barbs costs 6 elixir and is a strong choice. Doing this would mean you get two for only the price of four, and they also have the ability to target towers, charge, and a ram. That’s bizarrely dumb, and just unbalancable. Evo barbs would be more parr for the course, but even then is still kinda bad just because it’s extremely boring. At that point it doesn’t even feel like an Evo for the battle ram, just more recycling. That’s prob what it would end up being though tbh.

Great concept as always! I just wanted to share my idea on the killing small troops one (when charging) : maybe it could also do knockback to small troops like fireballies, making them get hit again (pushed back permanently and good damage in the end, unless you're a bit on the side, in that case you get knocked back sideways).So you'll either have to use projectile troops, a big card or a building to defend it. Plus with the knockback, if well prepared (charging takes time to activate) it could also be used like a defensive tool!

The running in a straight line idea would make the Ram an amazign secondary win condition. Just imagine they have to put a building in front of it and you can push on the other side with your other win condition

Probably when rushing they would actually be dealing dmg, so killing small troops is a possibility, and exploding when hitting a tower will also be a possibility, but it will be changed to more balanced dmg.

I think the small troops one would be good and maybe the explosion one combined with the small troops

Last two of them are great ideas

sounds really op 4 elite barbs or 4 evo barbs + really good tower damage seems really strong and most of its counters are useless against it so maybe make it like a 3 cycle

I could see it having a damage radius on charge. Like a train that wont stop for skeletons.

i think maybe evo giant or golem should have the straight to the tower thing. Something where having it on the tower isnt game losing, just bad like a ram or hog that goes straight for the tower is op, but something that moves slow might not be

Maybe for the double battle ran, it can instead be two seperate evolved battle rams so you can duo lane pushes or only have one go for a defensive building

I personally think that they would make the evolution push ground troops out of the way, make it faster and have it spawn two evolved barbarians when it breaks or connects

4 evolved elite barbarians sounds fun to defend

It occurs to me that it could be three charges instead of one, obviously more life and things like that, but the main ability is that there are three charges and each one with more strength and more abilities (like implementing that in the first charge it is only the impact, the second with more force, and in the third with more force and explosion with displacement of troops or something like that)

I’d say I agree with the idea of it only attacking the tower and not other buildings. The explosion would be cool as well, but as long as the radius isn’t super big.

I think a cool idea would be a meteor spell (no fireball is not a meteor), it can do damage comprable if not higher than sparky's, AOE of arrows, and insane knockback, but it costs like 10 elixir for the simple fact that it can eliminate entire pushes, nearly regardless of what's in it.

The main issue with battle ram is that it almost never connects because it’s so easy to counter, so I’m proposing a new evolution concept: Every few seconds (only if the battle ram isn’t damaged by a card or building) it will stack increases in speed until it’s damaged by something. When it’s at its max acceleration, the battle ram will spew fire all around it, preventing it from being countered by swarms (similar to rg evo). This will make it easier for the battle ram to connect to the tower, and will still remain as a somewhat balanced card that can still get countered by buildings.

I feel like the ram by itself should run over smaller troops but only the ones that are in the way

running in a straight line and small contact dmg with minimal knock back seems would seem like the gameplay focused aspect.

Idea: it can double charge, after it's charging, it can charge again and doubles it's speed and damage on impact and avoids other buildings
