I think that if we'd never gotten TS 4 and there hadn't been any more Top Spin games until 2K25 we'd be saying all the stuff we said back in the day about TS 4, the problem is 2K25 is too similar to TS 4, but I hope they change some animations and ball physics for it to feel more unique

Good to see TopSpin 2K25 still has PS3 level graphics.

yes, and we are in 2024. becouse they will do TopSpin 2k26 with a better graphic for example like on ps4. in 2025 and they want money aswell. this is a bullshit to pay 40 gbp for a game from 2010.

The game is fun, but we expected a lot more after so many years since the previous version. I really hope we can have a TopSpin 2K26 a lot better. Better models, more players, correct grunts, more extra court

Yeah! If these get added along with more commentary variety it would be insane. The game is really good if you know how to play well. If they could copy player celebrations and gamestyles as well it would be 🔥

Topspin 5 is a good tennis game, but it's basically Topspin 4.5.

They had Sampras' serve animation done on TS1 (which they re-used for Federer in the PS2 version) only to give him a pin-point stance later on TS4/2k25. Whyyy?

Topspin 2 was my life

TS4 is the best gameplay-wise, but TS2 has a special place in my heart : atmosphere was great, and the venues were superb, with lots of variety.

One of the many things that disappointed me about the new game was the career mode. I was expecting it to have cutscenes like press conferences (be also able to answer questions), maybe a story like nba 2k has, to be able to play more than one tournament per month, a ranking with at least 1000 players (and not to begin being the number 80), sponsors… I wish the will invest time on it in the next top spin, and of course in many more details

TS4 is my fav game, but a TS2k25 are also amazing game i played it yesterday and that’s amazing experience!

Yeah… from the moment I saw the trailer for 2k25, I knew. They just didn’t do enough. It’s been a whole decade since the last one and they just didn’t do enough.

In TS3, which I played the most out of these, it was definitely possible. You had to learn how to do it effectively, granted, but the tools were at least potentially there.

Service is harder, drop shots are better, world tour is insanely fun, and battlepass makes it interesting. I think the game is great. Slightly better than Top spin 4 mainly because of world tour
