The puppet being possessed could probably be a result of the original delusion, like the ventriloquist wanted to believe he was innocent and that the puppet was real so much that it came to life like an evil Pinocchio, then once it started walking on its own could BatMan (or more likely Robin out of sheer shock) punched the puppets head off and the resulting “surgery” (repair) turned him into a quadriplegic (in the ventriloquist’s mind), what the believes, the puppet is, if he believes it can only speak, then his mind makes some delusion that the puppet is a quadriplegic and “needs” help to move around. I can just picture the ventriloquist knocked unconscious on the floor, puppet grabbing Robins shoulder with a cigar in his hand saying “hey buddy, got a light?”, Robin screaming “OH SH!T!!!!!!!” while punching the puppets head clean off, then after a long pause saying “ Ok you heard that right?” (short pause) “No really, you did SEE it?!” while BatMan looks only slightly confused, thinking to himself “(f@ck it I’m not even surprised anymore.)” but instead just says “This is Gotham.”

The original was a case of split personality. In some version, it's a cursed puppet In the current legacy version, there are some underlining mental problems, but the puppet itself it's a cursed item that works as a catalist

The cutscene graphics were fine. The in game graphics were bad. Graphics don't equate to glitches given that most of them occur in game when you try to do something and it doesn't work or you walk of the map into nothingness. Cut scenes have hardly glitched. The game also has a repetitive and monotonous gameplay loop and the voice acting is dreadful.

@@Lover-of-Creative-Priorities not familiar with those Acronyms. It wasn't just that the loop was repetitive, it was that the controls were broken and the loop was repetitive of already bad gameplay. Not to mention that game fails to indicate what your objectives are. The game has four different endings depending on whether you complete an objective that it doesn't even bother to tell you about.

Not gonna lie, seeing one of Batman's villains is a ventriloquist and his puppet, kinda makes me wish that if Rocksteady ever continues the Arkham series after Gotham Knights, I wanna see Scarface as a villain to beat, just for the hell of it

You know I saw a video explaining his origin that he’s made of wood from a gallows tree that Hung 313 men I know it might seem silly but I like the idea of woody being actually possessed Woody was his first name by the way

What's the music playing at 1:40? I know it's the DS version of Lego Batman, though I've never played that version and wouldn't know where the song is played. I just love how haunting it sounds on the DS sound front.

OMG Gotham City Racers is probably the game that I most played from Batman. Sure thing is not the best game, but a younger me thanks it for the hours and hours of fun and quit rage. After all, its what a game is made for

Lego has done this many times in lego games across all franchises. DS games need to be extremely downgraded compared to their console counter parts so it works on such a small device. In return for Tt needing to cut scenes, missions etc they normally add more characters to the game. In lego batman 2 for the DS you can get deathstroke and redhood, in lego starwars 3 you can get clone marines and winterized clones etc. All about apologizing to the fans for cut content

That was actually a part of his character in the olden days, the Ventriloquist had trouble pronouncing B's while throwing his voice. It's mostly been forgotten about nowadays, but occasionally you see it here and there.

Nah he Just took the common gangster nickname cause Arnolds not very creative in the naming department. Even if he is just a regular puppet the persona Arnold gives him makes for a most cunning and troublesome crime lord.
