Sakura's theme sounds like if you combine Ryu, Ken and Guile's classic themes into one. Still can't get out that chill 30th anniversary version out of my head.

ryu theme is actualy incorporated into her theme, to show their conection

Sakura is one of my all time favorite street fighter characters I was so disappointed when they changed her fighting style in the marvel vs capcom series

Her fighting style wasn't changed. However, because Sakura wasn't as experienced as Ryu & Ken were with their techniques, Sakura's Hadoken & Shunpukyaku were a little wonky.

was surprised when i noticed people didn’t like alpha 3 three ost. i’m only familiar with that game in the series but i see why now. the music is still good but the personality to the character is lost. karin’s simple rating theme still goes hardest tho idc what anyone says

I think Sakura‘s theme in Alpha 3 (“Breeze”) is not only the best among the games she’s been in, but also the best theme among all the other character themes in Alpha 3. I also played Alpha 3 growing up and didn’t try the others until years later. I’d probably have a different opinion if I’d first heard her theme from Alpha 2. Clearly that one is most popular since Capcom stuck with it in IV and V. What I love most about the Alpha 3 OST is that the majority of its songs share a number of sound motifs. It’s a bit difficult to describe, but for one example you should compare her theme with Chun-Li’s (“Resolution”). Each song is distinct and evokes a different feeling but you can also tell they’re from the same game.

I love her in Street Fighter zero 3 and Rival Schools.
