He is a Mexican born American man who has been sent on missions all over the world in San Esperito, Panau, Medici and Solis.
My favorite is his JC1 design, like a mix of James Bond and El Mariachi. Also, JC4's design and personality seems like a older and more experienced version of his JC1 self.
Just cause 2 is my favorite version of rico.
