Red Ball 4 was by far the BEST Red Ball game out of all of them, sure the older ones might be nostalgic, but bro, you can't tell me that 4 wasn't good, because it was, 4 was and still is the perfect balance of good general quality and good nostalgic factor, although 3 was pretty good as well, great memories. After they were done with 4 they fucked up the entire franchise... like, what is it with the goofy ahh Minion Rush copy, they did my red bro dirty, bro be lookin like an m&m without the m 💀💀💀💀💀💀💀; not to mention that this is maybe gonna be kind of a hot take, but mobile RB5's extremely high quality animations and extra perks like the ball's voicelines makes me extremely uncomfortable because i feel like i missed a lot that happened, but in reality it was just *one game* that brought all the redesign shit (without counting SR because it is a spinoff), and i don't actually like it, and i would want to say hella more about Mobile 5 but as i'm writing this i am realizing i am writing a 500 page essay and don't want to make this any longer lol.

Out of all of the red ball games, the best one ever is Red Ball 4. It just brings back a lot of nostalgia

5th one was licenced (I believe) and so was official but wasn't made by Evgeny Fedoseev (creator of all 4 games before). And if I remember correctly at the time of 2015 - Evgeny had a huge money problems because even though his flash games were popular - they weren't particuarly profitable (and Red Ball 4 on Android and IOS wasn't immideatly popular, because it wasn't free to play, it was costing money, even though there weren't any ads). But licensing that game gave him quite a money to keep creating games and happily live with his wife until Red Ball 4 blow up. I might be wrong in some details but that's at least about what happened.

Red Ball 1: a decent game for its time Red ball 2: getting into more of the puzzle genre Red ball 3: nothing to ride home about but some mechanics are pretty interesting Red ball 4: the main game Red ball 5 2015: it’s evolving… but backwards Red ball 5 2022-2023: it looks pretty good, but some things they do miss is the old sound effects and why does he have hands? And also, this is only on android, which means I can’t get this unless I have an android phone and I don’t.

Tbh, red ball 4 seems more original than others.

Even thought i really havent finished them all(except for 1 and 4),i personally think 1 is the best.the simple graphicd and designs give me a sense of nostalgia, yet a very odd feeling.and i like it. Brings back to the simple era of games,That you dont get backstabbed with 36383893 things to deal with. *Its also the only one where the ball doesnt continuously stares at my soul.*

I largely forgot about this game, but now seeing it again after god knows how long it’s all coming back to me now. I most fondly remember playing this on my old iPad back in around 2011 probably, a year before my little sister was born, when we were driving to Boston to stay a few days since my mom had business to do over there, and she decided that we all go.

there was a firestick port back in 2017, that was my first exposure to red ball

As a flash gamer, history about the story of red ball is magnificent. Even though I played just numbering series, I was so surprised to see that it had many series and remains this year.

I'm *familiar* with 2, and played 3 and 4, and must say, this is a real childhood masterpiece.

Just go play Red Ball 4 or the mobile version of 3 :P Edit: Seems this one IS official, made by the original guy's development team. I have since changed my view a little on it, it's not as bad replaying it but it still needs a lot of work

If you wanna get more technical you could include Rouje Ball and the mobile Red Ball 1 2P that only works on pre iOS 11 devices since the first one was at one point a Red Ball game before a contract expired and the second one is still there even if it only works on older devices, and if you wanna get REALLY technical you could count the rest of the Red Ball Mobile Line-Up other than those games and Red Ball 4 and 3 Mobile, but these are discontinued due to several different reasons so they dont really count as much as the first 2 games
