PS2 and PS3 where my favorites, I remember playing on my PS2 when I was like 6 years old, those good times with Mortal Kombat Armaggeddon and Marvel vs Capcom 2 (also some Whinnie the Pooh game and other kids games), then my dad accidentally dropped my PS2, tried to fix it but he couldn't so I where a long time not playing on a console, then like in 2014 I think, I was like 12 years old, some of my cousins had PS3 so I remember getting stuned by those graphics, good times playing GTA V and Mortal Kombat 9 and Minecraft with them, also at those time nother cousin had a PS2 so I was also happy cause I could play those old PS2 games that I wasn't able to play for a long time ago, and now, like a month or two ago I finally got my hands on my own PS4, and I know that In some years, that PS4 intro gonna be in my memory, as a sweet memory, but not as sweet as PS2 and 3 that where absolutelly my childhood also along with my Wii (and also before getting my hands on my own Wii ANOTHER cousin had it like in 2009 I think) that I had sinse 4 years ago, and PS4 couldn't match that feeling of those 3 amazing consoles

Ps1 was the most nostalgic. Ps2 felt more diverse. PS3 was nice and a little intense. PSP is nice and cute! Vita was pretty musical with the piano. PS4 is also nice to listen to. Ps5 felt like a movie opening with it’s particles forming an aura.

The ps2 startup always scared me so much at night I would literally close my eyes and cry when it happened 😂😂😂

@@fanlikeyourself5053 Oh not really. Guessing today did not write that. Whilebi persnally grew up with childhood fun memory of the ps1 then beside to ps2 but had some great moments in ps3 even thought i got a ps3 in 2012 did not much use it till 2013 where one game caught my attention.

Wow! That's so cool. My first console was a PS2 and since then, I have bought every PlayStation. My PS2 was working fine, but silly me messed up with the laser without using the right tools and now it doesn't want to read DVD / CD. Other than that it works. PS Vita is probably my favorite and with the PS3 I had the best experience.

I’m glad that the ps5 adapted the ps4 style it’s like a child taking what it’s learned from its grandparents and making it even better it’s beautiful

I still have 2 PSP's and I never get tired of hearing the start-up

Good times playing the ps2 remember playing Simpson hit and run was a class game hopefully they will do a remastered version for it on ps5

The PS1 startup is brilliant. So imposing and powerful, especially when you start it up with a disc already loaded, so it goes right from the Sony screen to the Playstation logo... good shit.

I miss my ps3 :(

The PS2 and PS4 sounds I have so many memories, I also kind of remember the PSP and PS Vita

The one on the PS1 brings me more peace than nostalgia and the PSP the same because I keep playing on it. The others didn't make an impact on me, but little is said about the music on the PS Vita menu, it was beautiful. But the PS3 startup does touch the deepest part of my soul :')

Who remembers firing up the ps1 and playing tekken 3 and crash bandicoot? That is nostalgia.

Fun fact: the ps2 startup sound was made by a piano being pushed off of a building Lol people, its a joke

I spent so much time in my younger years on the ps2 and ps3. So much time on little big planet and dc universe online with dad and friends. Playing far cry 3 and batman arkham asylum. The ORIGINAL gta trilogy, and twisted metal all with breaks of cartoon network inbetween. MAN i wish I could have that same level of joy and wonder as I did then. It's just so hard nowadways.

I think we can all agree the PS2 has the most iconic intro.

PS3 brings the most memories back for me

This brings back memories, I remember first time getting the PS3 and it was the most futuristic best thing I have ever seen in my life

I love how back then they tried to make everything futuristic and matrix like when they finally realized in ps4 and 5 simplicity is the just much more appealing to the human eye and ear😌😌.

Finally bought a PS4 after 10 years Got it for a good price too and you can still buy the games for it Playstation fan for life

This gives me memories Especially the 1st play station It reminds me, when me and my dad played OO7 and street fighter

Tbh, it feels like we've been in the previous generation for a lifetime, and now that the new generation is here it just feels weird

Ps4 and Ps5 should allow bootup themes. I wasn't ready to say goodbye to Ps2

That alone says a lot about Sony.

That PS1 into man. I still remember the excitement I always felt upon my cousin booting up the system and seeing that intro. Hours of fun were abt to begin esp during the weekend 😭

Oh my god the ps2 intro immediately made me nostalgically happy of the times when I was a kid and ran up to my ps2 to play "Crash" with my brother...

So much NOSTALGIA in under 4 minutes :O
