I just celebrated New Years in new horizons and I gotta say… IT WAS AMAZING!
i really like how every villager in horizons comes to celebrate! it really makes the game more lively and wholesome :D

*ALMOST* every villager. Three of them celebrate inside of their houses.
I will say New Horizions did it better. Just that countdown with the villagers and you being apart of it. It was so awesome! :D

As nostalgic as I am for the older games, New Horizons really has the best New Year countdown. It really feels like everyone is celebrating with you.
I will forever remember that Wild World New Years song.
the timing of that balloon!! i love the comparison video, it's so nice to relive them all again, (even if wild world and new leaf are the only ones i've played besides new horizons)

I smiled every single time I saw the balloon fly by while editing! I never shot it down. It will live on to float another day.
New Horizons did a really great job in making it a big celebration with all the villagers in one place! And the countdown is so fun to watch. Everyone is excited!

This video was so good! All of the New Years soundtracks are so nice to listen to!
I wish we had some of the GameCube villagers that were lost forever added to nh. Also, maybe some different music

I see you got photobombed by the balloon present too in New Horizons. lol Was so happy to get a video of it only to be photobombed. lol
Brian Cooper died. you had him on your show a year ago. i'm sad. He was one of my favorite internet people. Him not posting for a long time already gave me a bad feeling.....

This amazing home has been updated kitchen
I've been playing WW and NL since Christmas, so I had them open during New Year's in addition to playing NH with a friend. I was struck by how... lonely the WW one felt. Just you and Tortimer in the plaza. NL was fun, and NH feels like a real party. I think the moral of this story is that Isabelle throws better parties than Tortimer. People actually show up lol
