Especially gta sa during thunderstorm, man it's damn scary if no NPCs exist, i found a scary place somewhere near the rural highway where the NPCs follow other NPCs (like a in a parade or something) and they all just vanish, this happens only during a thunderstorm

This is part 3 lol!!

GTA 5's open world is probably one of the scariest and huge and big. I was randomly exploring the ocean with the invincibility cheat on and I found a crashed plane and pickup-able weapons (carbine rifles mostly). I also found a skull of something and a UFO (I looked for the skull and UFO and other stuff I found and I could find them but I couldn't find the plane crash). Just a random mine in the game can be accessed via sticky bombs (or any other explosives) and you can find a whole railway inside and a unique NPC (which is deceased) that looks like someone from L.A. Noire. All that infinite killer stuff and such are things that make the game so good to play in your free time.
