I never expected Kirby to run over a god with a truck. You can say this will definitely be a memorable moment in Nintendo’s history. We oughta call Kirby the god slayer at this point. He’s too broken for his own verse.

He always was a god slayer; we just never saw it until more recently. Actually, I think Death Battle had a hand in this. When they announced Kirby vs. Majin Buu, everyone thought Buu would win. When they announced that Kirby won, the powerscaling community went crazy into Kirby and then realized that the Kirbyverse was absolutely nuts. This was around when Triple Deluxe was the newest mainline game. And then when Smash Ultimate came out, and Kirby survived the World of Light cinematic, people kinda laughed stating that Kirby was gonna win and that this was just his “slightly odd Thursday.”

7:39 Its still crazy to me that Void Termina and Kirby are born from the same source ("Astral Birth" Void), and hence why Kirby was able to use a similar looking beam to counter in the first place. Seriously, who at HAL thought "Hey, the final boss should be Kirby's brother but evil, and also a Eldritch Horror", and have the rest of the team pull it off so well?

The blob fighting Kirby there is just Void, which is effectively the same as Astral Birth Void--it's what Kirby came from, not another result of it. Void Termina is just the big colossus body.

Love how most of the final attacks are some forms of super busted power ups then in Forgotten Land Kirby be like TRUCK GO VROOM VROOM

What I love about Big Rig Kirby is as silly as the idea was, they still managed to make it extremely epic and meaningful. I got so giddy playing that part for myself

I still love how throughout the ages Kirby's final finishers for the games have been super serious against powerful god like beings and for this last one the method was road kill the bugger

Kirby manage to harness the big rigs reverse speed and swapped it to foward

My personal ranking: 5. Star Allies - It starts out great with the DBZ laser moment. However, the animation right after is underwhelming along with the music. 4. Return to Dreamland - I like the lead-up to Ultra Sword’s final chop with 2 prior super abilities to break through Magolor’s last defense. The music is amazing and when it suddenly cuts to the sequence of slashes you deal to him, the silence is great. 3. Triple Deluxe: Dedede and Taranza uniting the components to the literal description of a black hole is a very nice buildup. The music is great and the dramatic pause before Kirby spews the laser back out is comedic AND punctual. 2. Planet Robobot - The electric guitar yelling while Kirby’s Robobot Armor is launched is amazing, and Kirby drilling through Star Dream’s last defenses is extremely badass. Star Dream squinting as it struggles to fight you off also adds to the amount of power you feel. And THEN you say “screw you” (quite literally) and DRILL Star Dream CLOCKWISE into itself. Also has my favorite Kirby war cry. 1. Forgotten Land - Running a god over with a truck is by far one of my favorite scenes ever. The buildup is also very good. You rescue Elfilin, and then Elfilis decides to TRY TO COLLIDE POPSTAR WITH THE FORGOTTEN LAND. What other way to lead to a great climax with you steering Kirby across crumbling roads and broken skyscrapers. When Elfilis tries to stop you, you dodge the attacks (the camera movement is also stellar) and then they throw the hugest boulder yet. You may think you’ve won when the boulder reaches Elfilis, but no-they retaliate with magic to stablize. Elfilin says “not today” and powers you up for one final push. And then you disintegrate Elfilis with the shockwave that results. Also amazing war cry by Kirby.

Kirby’s Return to Dream Land and Kirby: Planet Robobot Final attacks (alongside the Final boss music) are my favourites honestly especially when Kirby screams after the boss is defeated in Planet Robobot.

in all my time playing kirby i would NEVER have expected a remix of the invincible candys soundtrack to play during the finale of a final boss!

I adore Forgotten Land way more as a game, and still love the hell out of its final strike, but Planet Robobot’s final hit is still better. I’m just a sucker for Gurren Lagann references.

I love, not just that Kirby is running over a planet yeeter, but the fact that this is technically all Kirby’s strength (and effen but he used a truck boost in mid air so he needed traction) like every other time it’s a magic power up but this time Kirby just said “I’m going to run over a god like creature with a normal car except I am the car”

I'm a huge fan of Kirby absolutely freaking destroying and abliterating final bosses. To the point where they sease to exist.

We went from Kirby using the ultimate Omnislash to sending a psychotic alien furry to Konosuba.

What I love about triple deluxe finish is, kirby doesn't just inhale the attack, or her pedals, or the floor, he also inhales the health bar Which implies he's also aware of the health bar

It’s weird to imagine the creators saying “Let’s have Kirby use the power of friendship to decimate his foes” and then the next gaming going “uh let’s just have him run em over with a truck”

I noticed that the more later bosses that were more powerful and godlike had made kirby scream more Void Termina was the only final boss that made Kirby scream as if his life is on the line

These final attacks were so epic, especially the one in Kirby and the Forgotten Land

The rtd had such a satisfying feeling to it, specially when Kirby uses multiple swords against Magolor

Honestly, I think its pretty sick that both of the last two games have had us fight beings that are basically Kirby/Elfilin's evil, omnipotent eldritch origins lol

The second I saw that big-rig truck land behind Kirby, I knew things were gonna spice up immediately. Forgotten Land is the greatest Kirby game I’ve ever played!

One; I appreciate the no spoilers on the thumbnails Two; Hitting some invading god like entity with a fucking semi is more hype then it should be

If I ranked these then star allies would be at the top mainly due to the scream kirby puts into it. The others are great its just that I generally like star allies' thing more thanks to the music, forgotten land is a close second, the other 3 are pretty interchnagble for me tbh

i liked how during the final barrage against magalor in RtDL you can see ultra sword kirby briefly use an oversized galaxia

I love that they were crouching to the music for the Sectonia vs Hypernova fight.

My switch was at 1% during the final forgotten land cutscene, the truck hit the floor, and I turned off the switch. Then I turned it on, the truck did it's rainbow thing and I was like:no. No way! No. Ok this is awesome. And then I ran over a god with a truck.

✨Kirby returns to dreamland was my childhood✨

Nice touch having Dream Friend Wave 3 for Star Allies final, since you covered all three of their games first

Kirby's Battle cries got some higher spirits within him! 🌟✨💖☀️👍🔥

For those of talking about Forgotten World’s final boss remember when Kirby removed Elfilin Fecto couldn’t keep himself together without his other half and became much more more valuable which is why running into him at full speed with Eifilin’s support was enough to destroy him

Kirby is my all time favourite character and of course he is the one to take down intergalactic threats! And he may even take down gods!

Forgotten lands final ATTACK reminds me of Sonic Adventure Perfect Chaos Boss fight

Something about saving the world with brute force is just so satisfying.

Everyone talking about Kirby running over a God with a truck (extreamely epic don't get me wrong) but I'll always remember that one time Kirby canonicaly broke the fourth-wall by eating Sectonia's health-bar

I feel like a fun way to incorporate the capsul mouthful with 2players would be to have had Bandanna Dee holding Kirby's legs and have his own control stick input, or at least give the appearance that he's helping by giving him pulling animations

And that Truck went on to become Optimus Prime after being bathed in the blood of a god.

I was spoiled on the final attack before playing, only thing spoiled however and I was happier for it. Let me cue up The Touch. It fit so well.

I really appreciate you not putting the final attack in the thumbnail. I am all for the prevention of unnecessary spoilers

I never noticed that Susie keeps her visor up when she’s on the the sparkler.

I think forgotten land might be my favourite finisher it's just so crazy and intense, the music is phenomenal it gets bonus points for using a truck and no joke since I'm kind of bad at button mashing I started screaming along side Kirby anime style to really pump myself up so I could finish off fecto elfelis

Did you notice how from Planet Robobot over Star Allies to Forgotten Land, Kirby's voice gets a bit lower every time?

The final phases of kirby bosses are always so intense. They just scream do this or your going to die

Everyone is talking about Big Rig mouth Kirby, but the truck itself didn't really do anything. It was mostly Elfilin using it as a missle.

I do like spraying herbicide at sunrise But winding a clock too far in space is also good By the way if you look close at the end cutscene in Robobot the robot sheds a tear and that just gets me every time

Same with Sectonia tho 👀 Hidden fun detail that people seems to forget nowadays is that Kirby broke the fourth wall by also sucking her fricking life bar.
